A friend and I discovered this Pizza Hut was just a short drive down the road from our hotel. We stopped here after a day at Valleyfair! amusement park. The menu is basically the same as most other Pizza Hut restaurants. The food tasted good when it arrived. The employees were friendly. The dining area was fairly clean as were the restrooms. Overall, a good experience.

My family and I went here after a day at Valley Fair. The food was good for Pizza Hut but I think our waitress quite or her shift was over. The manager was super busy and did what he could to support the people eating in. We waited a little bit for our check at the end so I went up to the counter to pay since the manager was so busy. Once he got to helping me he said it was on the house due to the staff issue. I would have happily paid and understood the situation. I’ll definitely go back to give this Pizza Hut another chance.

Are at approx 1pm on a Thursday. Ordered a person pan pizza and salad bar. I was literally the only person there. The salad bar was small and had little to offer. There was some sort of argument between the cashier and the cook involving a pick up order. My food took a long time. I made 4 trips to the salad bar before it arrived. Never saw server again. Had to go to register to pay. Food was cooked right and tasted good.

The worst Pizza Hut ever!
Sarah the manager needs to be fired!!
She takes a break at 830pm when there are 15-20 items backing up in the oven, the person who was making pizza's had to step out and do her job also...Got money back.. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS STORE!!

I pre-ordered via phone 6 pizza over 2 hours before I needed them. The driver was late so I called and he was at the wrong address. he assumed it was a building near by- clear to me he really didn't look at the address I provided.
Once we opened up the 6 pizzas- one of the veggie pizzas had meat on it. Then 3 of the pizzas were burnt- super dark in color. To the point I couldn't tell if it was a sausage or a cheese or a pepperoni pizza. Burnt pizzas had a tough crust too. Very disappointed overall with our experience on May 4, 2019.

I ordered online and went into pick up. As soon as I walked in there was not the yummy Pizza Hut smell, but a gross smell. The people working were nice and the pizza was ready and warm. They asked me to sign my bill with a pencil which was odd....there were no pens. But mostly I’m just concerned about the smell. It’s unsettling in a food place. I would have given it a 3 but I’m sorta concerned about getting sick from this pizza. Wish me luck.

I had a simple issue and tried calling 7 times. Was hung up on the last time and all numbers get disconnected now. I was respectful and have been treated poorly AFTER paying.

This is a standard Pizza Hut but it does offer sit-down seating with a server, and a lunchtime buffet.
It's also a "wing street" location so it serves wings and other fried items like french fries.

This was pretty grim all round. The pizza was OK but that was about the only reasonable thing. I ordered an extra portion of pineapple and was charged for two,.We ordered different things and the service was bad (despite being quiet). The fries for one person came out 15 minutes before the chicken they were accompanying. Another had the wrong type of chicken brought to them.
The waitress was scruffy withe a dirty tee shirt - not recently unclean looked like a big horrid stain. The kitchen area was very unpleasant with lots of stuff on the floor. Very disappointing,

We ate here after a trip to Valleyfair. Our waitress was pleasant and the food was good. (We had pizza and wings.) I thought we got a lot for the price, although they no longer offer a pitcher of pop, only glasses.

Got exactly what I ordered and it was ready exactly when it was promised. Pizza Hut is a pretty consistent product everywhere, only service is ever an issue. No issues here! Thanks Guys!!
