Servers were nice and polite. Food was very good and reasonably priced. They do not add extra charges for queso or guacamole and base prices for burrito or bowl are reasonable.

Qdobo was near the hotel that I was staying at so it was a short walk.
The workers were friendly and the food was fresh and good. They only allowed
takeout so that was fine. I had food from there three times and it was good each time.

The food was okay, The service was great. I would return, but it is not on the top of the list, for restaurants in the area. There were a lot of other customers. It may have been the dish we chose. I would give it a try for your self and see what you think.

Our family choose to go to Qdoba’s because they advertised a free brownie on National Brownie Day if you purchase an entree. We purchased 2 entree’s and 1 kids meal. Today the staff were in total chaos. I asked about a kids menu because I couldn’t find one displayed. The young lady told me to “just order something!” The staff yelled at me as they prepared my meal. As for the free Brownie, I was told I didn’t qualify and he charged me for 3 brownies. I showed him the email and he still argued about it. Really? We are regular customers. We dine there about once a week. He did refund my charges for the brownies but only allowed me to have 1 free brownie. I don’t understand why they want to lose regular customers over a 2” brownie. Will not return until they are able to provide better customer service!

I had a lime chicken burrito. All ingredients tasted fresh and we're good. The pepper sauce smelled weird and ruined my burrito however. I don't know if it was old or what. Other than that the burrito would have been great as always.

the person making my burrito was wonderful, as I can not make decisions, we went with a custom burrito and it was terrific!

This place restaurant has great menu choice and much tastier ingredients that chipotle . It doesn't feel rushed like chipotle either

Great food as far as franchise food is concerned. I prefer over Chipolte any day of the week. The staff is always friendly and the place has been clean when I've been there.

Had vegetarian taco trio. It was very good. They looked small but I could actually only eat two! It was a great day for sitting outside too.

For a fast food restaurant this wasn't a bad place to fill your stomach. The food was good and inexpensive and one of a few places still open late at night. It wouldn't have been our first choice but were pleasantly surprised at the flavour of the meal.

$8 for a very tiny taco and an order of chips and queso - I was literally laughing at how small the taco was while the very nice young taco-maker made it. I was just there for a mid-afternoon snack, so I didn't want a huge meal, but if I had known it was going to be about the size of one tortilla chip with about three tiny chunks of chicken and a quarter teaspoon each of the other toppings, I would have ordered about 12 of them. Of course, then my bill would have been about $40. After all that, the taco was quite tasty - all two and a half bites of it. And the queso and chips were quite delicious and a good portion size on that. I probably couldn't justify going back here based on the value though.

Food is average at best, management is awful. I went there with some coworkers for an email promotion that was buy an entree at lunch get one free. The email said no coupon necessary, just mention the email. My friends had no trouble using getting their food, but the manager wouldn't honor the promotion for me. He said I didn't qualify since I was alone, regardless of whether I was bringing it back to somebody else. When we mentioned that there was nothing in the email stating two people had to be there to order he told me I needed to show him the email I received. We told him that the email said that this was unnecessary, his response was that this store was a franchise and doesn't need to honor corporate promotions. That would be fine as long as they didn't honor the promo for some and not for others.

The smallest burrito I have ever seen. Even Taco Bell provides more food. Guy in front of me asked them "is that all you get for $8.00?" so I watched them make mine. Swear they counted the amount of black beans & added a tablespoon of rice. $8.00 for about $1.00 worth of food. Mentioned my experience with the parents of my sons soccer team when I returned to the game & othesr said they felt the same about this chain.
