This location is a little tough get out of. My coffee was perfect and the young lady who served me was very good. I was uncomfortable going in because of a large group of male teens. They were loud and swearing and just seemed to...be up to no good. They wouldn't move to let me by.More
I have come here for quite some time. Nice remodel completed and great atmosphere. The management here hss always stood out to me compared to others. I love the Northern lite turtle mocha as my fav. Enjoy Von Hanson's meat a couple doors down when...you visit.More
I keep going to this Caribou Coffee shop over and over again. And this is not because of the menu alone, but also because of the ever-smiling and friendly staff.
They always treat me like I'm someone special. They never forget to ask me for...my Perks Card and always recommend their favorite menu items when Caribou comes up with something new and unusual.
If you ever go through Shakopee and are thirsty for coffee, definitely stop by at this place.
People's attitude is what really makes my coffee hot at this shop. I hope they'll continue this way.More
In between lacrosse games we stopped by Caribou to warm up with tea and hot chocolate. There were five people working, the most I have seen at one time at any Caribou I have visited. The problem was they were not communicating with each other...and we had to remind them to make three of our beverages. The regular coffee that was ordered wasn't taken care of right away. One of our teas was made cold after requesting that it be made hot. And we waited 10 minutes for a smoothie that wasn't made until we asked about it. Even with these problems the customer service from one of the men who was working was fantastic! He was sure to take care of these issues immediately without hesitation. His attention made what could have been a frustrating situation a positive one. Sometimes it just takes one person to make a difference!More
