Did not know there was a location in Shakopee near the hotel I was at untill I drove by, have not been to RT's for a few years so was looking forward to dinner. As always, they have one of the best salad bars around,...new twist was the option of adding a couple of sliders and tator tots with the bar which was perfect. Service was outstanding, food was very good, and great salad bar of course. Will stay at hotel in this area again on business so I can hit the Shakopee Ruby Tuesdays again.More
First time in years I've eaten there. It's clean. We were seated quickly. The waitress was great. The food very good. Messed up the orders , but it was quickly taken care of
Something for everyone. A nice salad bar which is big enough just to have for a meal. It was pretty busy the afternoon we were there. In saying that our order was put in wrong, chips and queso were brought to us because of the...mix up which we did not order but were charged for it. We finally left after waiting quite a bit and our meal was put in boxes. No compensation was offered and again we were charged for something we did not order.More
Have had so-so experiences in other Ruby Tuesdays but decided to try this one on the way through town. Food was OK except my wife's ribs tasted like bar-b-qued fat. She didn't eat them or want anything else so they offered us a dessert to...make up for it. Then they went ahead and charged us for the ribs anyway. They said the dessert was to make up for the ribs. We said then charge us for the dessert but take the ribs off. They ended up taking both off. Done with RT for awhile.More
i have to be honest and in all the years this restaurant has been in existence, this is the first time I have ever eaten there. I had a burger and it was excellent, but, more than the actual burger was the amazing salad bar....It is extra, but, worth every single dime..plus after the salad bar I was full, so, the burger became an even later night snack. Service was excellent - the waitress was friendly, and kept us informed on our order which was behind a big group. I appreciated the fact that she was not afraid to tell us that and assure us that she was watching the kitchen to get...us our food as soon as possible rather than us sitting and waiting and wondering what was going on. Food was ok. I had a steak which I thought was well cooked and the perfect size, but the husband had an avocado turkey burger that could have used a little bit more avocado - 3 little slices of avocado was a little sad.More
We don't have a Ruby Tuesday's where we lived so we wanted to give this one a try. We were very pleased with the food, the prices and the service. They have a large menu so plenty to choose from. All of the entrees come...with an optional choice of an excellent salad bar with a lot of ingredients. I was impressed with how chilled they kept the salad bar to make sure everything was cold. I ordered the ribs with tots. The ribs were wonderful. They were so tender they fell of the bone. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I would go to this restaurant regularly if we had one close.More
Drove about 50 minutes to get to the last open Ruby Tuesday in the Twin Cities. In past years I loved going to the Stillwater and Rosedale RT locations, but those are now closed. I also used to love ordering the Bella chicken, but that...is no longer on the menu. I had the chicken with asiago cheese and bacon, and the salad bar. My dining companion had the sirloin steak and salad bar. Both entrées tasted good, and we had great service provided by Jed. We seriously could not have asked for better service! We will return to Ruby Tuesday, but sure wish they would re-open some Ruby Tuesday restaurants in the Twin Cities.More
I had not been to a Ruby Tuesday in sometime. Most of them in the area have closed. The Ruby Tuesday in Shakopee is still open. I enjoy the food there. The service is very good and the staff is very friendly. Visit this location...before it gone away too. You will not be disappointed.More
