Best Burger Place

This was my first time at a Five Guys restaurant chain. The choices are limited, but the burgers are fantastic. The regular hamburger or bacon burger is actually a double burger. For the lighter appetite there is a small hamburger which would compare to a regular at any other restaurant. The fries are hand cut and freshly fried. It is self-serve fast food but unlike any other fast food joint. No real service to rate except the young girl who took our order acted as if she wished she was anywhere else. Best burgers I have had in a long time.

Shakopee Five Guys brings Disappointment

When my Family and I arrived, we bought 7 Dollar burgers, expecting wonderful flavors across the board. Instead what we got, were tasteless disgusting meat patties with floppy and undersalted fries. I was very disappointed as my friends always hyped up that place

Great burgers, great people

Stopped for lunch after church. We had burgers, fries, veggie burger, and grilled cheese. Everything was well prepared and tasted great. I was very impressed with the young guys working there. Super friendly, professional, and just plain fun! They went above and beyond to make our visit great. They were actually doing their jobs- restocking the peanuts, cleaning the drink area, cleaning the tables, making sure the orders were correct. Loved it! Can’t wait to go back.

Shakopee Five Guys Needs Improvement

We have been to Five Guys all over the Country. The Shakopee location has, on our last 2 visits, served us floppy fries. We were so disappointed. We have always been a big supporter of Five Guys. Hope it changes!
