The KFC buffet is nice but small. They have dressing and a few veges, but no lettuce to make a salad. Only offer regular and crispy chicken. Still good and reasonable.

We went for the buffet. We called ahead because we are both on a low carb diet and wanted their grilled chicken. We were assured there was plenty of it to go wi the buffet. We got there and it was a mass confusion to order. We finally did and the person (I think it was anyway) would not get us grilled chicken. I asked someone else and she got it for us. It was dry and they had enough for 2 pieces each. When we wanted more we were told it'd be 20 minutes before there'd be more ready. The rest of the buffet was mediocre at best. I'd go anywhere else before going back there.

Whoever cooked today made the best KFC chicken I had in years. Great job!!!!! No lines and very nice staff.

They may have been short staffed but it took us 10 minutes to place an order and another 15 minutes to get our order. The order was correct however the food was the worst meal I have ever bought at KFC! With most of the stores closing in our area we are very limited to locations! I can see why this location only has a two star rating! The store itself could use some attention. Looked very dirty. There was water/ soda all over the floor by the soda machine - this is a lawsuit waiting to happen! No napkins in the holders. This location does have a buffet - however everything looked old or over cooked!

I visited on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at noon. I went to the drive thru. Order taken promptly.
I ordered the new pickle fried chicken sandwich. The food came in a timely manner. The taste was very, very good. Just the right amount of dill and tang to the sauce. The chicken was thick and juicy. Well worth the $4.49 price.

I stopped in this location a few days ago to get dinner for me and my mom. I went to the counter, already knew what I wanted. I stood there and stood there and stood there. There were 4 employees working drive thru. Wow really 4???? Not one acknowledged me or anything. Walked my the counter and proceeded to help the drive thru. If you want service here apparently you need the drive through... sigh. Not returning

Went there for dinner and did not have any mac n cheese or any other food/sides did not get all of the food we ordered. Would never go back to this restaurant or recommend to family or friends!!! BAD SERVICE!!!!

I was there yesterday with a friend. We ordered the buffet. When we went to get the chicken there were 4 pieces in the tray. We asked for more and it was brought. Every time we when back it was the same. I asked for more wings and she flipped over two other pieces and said there. It was never stocked with anything more than 10-12 pieces of chicken. It use to be a good buffet, but not with the old woman there now

My son and went a few weeks ago. Food ok service was slow. We stood there for 20 mins. People standing around talking not doing anything. My husband went today and the same crap. He asked for his money back. I would suggest they do the job and not gossip as much. I will drive to a different town before going back. So sad used to be a great place.

During a stay in Eden Prairie I got in the mood for a KFC buffet, so did a search and found the KFC in Shakopee was the closest one with a buffet. A short drive out Flying Cloud Drive and I was there. Now, despite my dislike for KFC ads these days with the 'fake' Colonel Sanders (I remember the real guy), this was a decent, clean KFC restaurant and the food was good. Plenty of choices of chicken, good sides and a good price that included the drink. I was a little amused that the posted price for 'seniors-60+' was the same as the posted price for adults, but it was a good price either way and I'm glad I made the trip.
