I've always been a big fan of Little Szechuan, but the last four meals I've had there have been average to poor. They recently opened another location in the Minneapolis suburbs and unfortunately like so many other restaurants that try to expand, the quality suffers at the original location. Just today I was in for lunch and had a well... More

Wife got Taste of Szechuan which was above average and I got House Lo Mein which tasted like cheap take out. Prices were fair and servings were large. Wait staff was great and attentive.

This is the best Szechuan restaurant in the Twin Cities. They are consistent in the quality, portions and service. Eat here regularly and had majority of the dishes, never a bad experience. Staff is friendly and cordial. Place is clean.

I love spicy foods and most of the time, it will not ruin my palate. I was so ready to try some genuine Szechuan style foods since I haven't had it in quite some times. The pork in spicy broth isn't as spicy as I would like. Perhaps it has evolved to American version? It should always stays with its... More

Man, this was a great place to eat, casual, unassuming, and reasonably priced. I hope it stays that way. I can see many more trips in my future to this restaurant. The fish fillet with tofu was great (it is number 76 on the menu), but very hot. So come prepared and come ready for a journey to the wild... More

I started dining in Little szechuan since the first day it was opened. Overall, I shall say that this is one of the most authentic szechuan style cuisine all over the twin cities area. As I grew up in szechuan province, I have the best authority to judge the food. So if you would like to explore this szechuan food,... More

Food is very good, service fast and friendly. One of the best Chinese restaurant in town. Easy access and parking. We will go back soon. Get hungry just talking about it.

One of the best meals I've ever had occurred in this restaurant. The very first time I went here was shortly after I got back from a business trip to China - this is the real deal!! I visited multiple times and they were all great, I'm not sure if there's a bad thing on the menu. The Szechuan chicken... More

I visited Little Szechuan yesterday with my daughter. We were later than the usual lunch hour, so the place was uncrowded. It was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the waitstaff was wonderful-- friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The food was fantastic! My daughter had Shredded Pork and I had Shrimp with Three Delights. I wasn't sure what I'd... More

This restaurant has a twin with the same name located in a new and exciting outdoor mall area on the western side of down town Minneapolis, Mn. called The West End and it's in St. Louis Park. There are numerous very good restaurants and the one I'm reviewing here is a true Chinese, Szechuan restaurant. It's appearance is upscale modern.... More
