The hotel bar was quaint and quiet - easy to have a conversation in. The staff was fantastic, especially Steve, the bartender who remembered my order and even suggested a few items to try. The food was delicious! As I was away for a conference...More

I have always enjoyed meals at the Hotel. The grill is very nice, drinks are good and the food is delicious. The location is great. Across the street from Rice Park and the Ordway Theater in downtown St. Paul.

Pricy! But you will never be disappointed in the quality and abundance of the cuisine. Classy and hot.

I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember, and it’s always excellent for any occasion. The menu offers excellent choices from a casual lunch to a more sophisticated affair.

We ate here twice during our stay and both times the food was delicious, service was excellent and the bar extensive. Atmosphere is classic and clean. Highly recommend!

The Saint Paul Hotel Grill is a wonderful restaurant. I had a 6-ounce filet mignon cooked to perfection and so tender it could have been cut with a butter knife. Their specialty was an asparagus with a unique hollandaise sauce, which was both subtle and...More

Celebrated our 25 anniversary with our kids. Food was quite expensive but was absolutely delicious. Fun atmosphere during the winter season. A nice stroll thru Rice Park after dinner was a great end to a fun evening

My family decided to change up our annual tradition of going to a competing steakhouse and go to The St Paul Grill instead. The food selection was okay, but our steaks were overcooked and our lobster was tough. Also, for the prices you pay, the...More

My only real complaint about the St. Paul Grill is the noise level. If you are going with friends to have an evening of good conversation and food, it is tough at the Grill. The food is generally very good, drinks also, but it is...More

This isn't an inexpensive place, I would say dinner for two with drinks would be approximately $140
