We recently had Sunday brunch at Forepauh's. While I didn't catch the name of our hostess I have to give a shout out to her for her excellent service gracious kindness. We took full advantage of her invitation to wonder the house and what a beautiful place to explore. Our waiter Robert was very knowledgeable of the menu and very... More

Forepaugh's is rather famous in St. Paul for dining excellence, not only for the quality of the dishes, but also for the extraordinary setting of the building in an historic mansion. My recent visit completely vindicated its reputation for me. Both the food and service that I experienced with my companion were excellent. Specifically, the dishes I found so superlative... More

We ate outside on the 2nd floor terrace on a Sunday afternoon. We had brunch. It's not a buffet, but a menu of approx.10 items. We ordered the omelet and the french toast. Both were very flavorful and delicious! It wasn't a lot of food and both of us left not feeling very full. The brunch prices were reasonable, approximately... More

Dine in an old, elegant, and haunted house. I was there for a wedding, so I can't comment on their regular menu, but the appetizers and buffet they served us was quite good. I would go back there for a regular meal. It's a great venue for smaller weddings and other events

Had been here for dessert. Wanted to comeback for dinner. Came late on Friday without reservations. No problem getting in given size of house. Got the dates and pork belly for appetizers. Ordered the house specialty Beef Wellington for dinner and deconstructed banana cream pie for dessert. Everything was outstanding. Wish we would have seen some of the spirits! Love... More

Yes that's right haunted restaurant. There is a lot of history behind this restaurant and a lot of stories that are very very interesting. I have been there several times and my most recent visit was for my wife's birthday. We went there for the Sunday brunch the service was excellent and the food also was excellent. I would highly... We were looking for a place to go for 5 of us. They were able to accommodate us even though we did not have reservations on this Friday night. Food was amazing! We ordered a round of appetizers to share and enjoy the company.

Got a reservation, fine dining for sure. Wonderful dinner, fairly artsy, but tasty food. Love the mansion, different rooms for dining. Great staff. Enjoyed my first time here. Need to go back - probably for a special occasion.

This is a beautiful old mansion, historic and well maintained. The staff was knowledge, attentive, courteous and wonderful. The food...wow. 3 or 4 course dinning, if you can save room for dessert. We couldn't. The "small plates" were still large enough to fill us completely. Such thought the chef puts into this menu. So creative, delectable and fabulous. I can't... More

This wonderful, elegant bistro housed in a gorgeous 1870 Victorian building offers great food, service and all one might expect or desire in a 5-star restaurant. Our party of four were treated to a gourmet meal served by about as professional staff as a bistro can offer. Three hours went by in a flash as it was such a great... More
