Just moved into the neighborhood and what a wonderful find. I understand that this is still a very new restaurant, but I’m honestly not understanding why this excellent little place is not the talk of the town. Everything I have tried here has been fantastic. Love to see places that pick a few dishes to specialize on and the do it well. The pies are perfectly prepared; whether feeling sweet or savory you will not be disappointed. The biscuits here are the best in town. Don’t let the rather unassuming exterior fool you, try this place. You will like become a regular as I plan to do..

We each had a chicken pot pie that looked small, but was actually too big for me to eat. It was delicious. We also had a slice of chocolate mousse pie...also delicious, but a bit heavy after the pot pie. Service was very good. There is no dine-in at the moment because of the pandemic, so you can sit at a table in the parking lot, or pick up your food. It's not cheap, but come on - it's a handmade chicken pot pie! 🙂

Prices a bit high for a minimalist approach. Pies could use some gravy as they are rather dry. I was looking forward to trying out their sweet pies but think I will go to a bakey instead.

My first visit to Hot Hands today was a bit of a shocker. Not one of the employees was wearing a mask. This includes the person I ordered from, the cook who was plainly visible, and the 4 or 5 employees doing prep work behind the large glass window who were in various stages of cooking. This is a neighborhood business just a few blocks from where I live that I have been looking forward to supporting. Going forward, I will not return or support any business that does not take the transmissibility of Covid seriously, especially where food and food service is involved.

We enjoyed sitting outside with our yummy breakfast. We tried the cheese and ham turnover, the amazing cinnamon roll with whipped cream cheese frosting and a biscuit meal with great bacon! Definitely will return to try some other menu options such as the lemon or chocolate pie. It was all fresh and nice sized portions. Friendly service.

Hot Hands has great pie by the slice. Our go to is the banana cream pie and their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic as well.

The Avocado breakfast biscuit was incredible. The breakfast potatoes were also amazingly crispy and perfect. Will definitely order again soon!

Biscuits seem popular right now and I'm all for it - I love a good biscuit! This is what initially drew me to this restaurant. Very new, it seems they will be adding more to their menu as they go. We had the chicken pot pie and the pimento cheese plate and coffee. I LOVED my biscuit plate - it came with a smallish amount of pimento cheese and some pickled veggies. I loved all of it but wouldn't have minded a little more of both the cheese and veggies as they were very tasty. My daughter enjoyed her pot pie. Not sure she loved it, but good crust and really a good sized meal. We also had coffee which was good. In addition to the food/coffee, the restaurant is cute and well setup. I liked the colors, the water setup with stainless steel glasses, restrooms also nice. You can see into baking area which is very interesting to me and reminds you that they are making everything right there. Thad had many types of pies and baked treats available as well. Give it a try!

This restaurant recently opened. It has several kinds of dessert pies and entree pies, like the chicken pot pie I tried. The pot pie was tasty and not too dry. It was a bit pricy ($11.95) The restaurant also has cookie and various kind of coffees and teas. There is parking in front and behind the restaurant. I'd rate it good, not very good, at this point. It also has biscuit sandwiches.
