We had friends in from out of town and we thought we'd give Ichiddo a try based on a recommendation. My expectations were high but I was really disappointed with the lack of flavor. Mine was supposed to be spicy but I had to add...so much soy sauce and Sriracha sauce to give it any flavor at all. If you took 6 cups of boiling water and added one chicken bouillon cube, that would have more flavor than my bowl of crispy chicken ramen. My daughter had shrimp fried rice and said that all it had was black pepper, corn and scallions and basically no other vegetables or seasonings. Plus she woke up with an incredible stomachache. My husband said strip mall carry out shrimp fried rice is 10x better for less than half the price. This was an expensive lesson for us as our bill came close to $200 bucks! The appetizers were small (but the calamari was great!) I don't know if the cooks were different yesterday and just didn't season the food or what but I am baffled as to how they have so many high reviews. Everyone in my party of nine was disappointed, except the three-year-old! What happened Ichiddo? The server was great; that's why I gave it a 2-star review.More

Do not order take out here. Expect a LONG WAIT, way longer than stated online. Many orders mixed up and/or missing dishes. Complete cluster.

I really wanted to love this place, but was HORRIBLY disappointed. I ordered the Niku Soba Ramen, which is supposed to be a pork belly ramen with a tonkotso broth, but I received bacon strips in a miso based broth. I called to let them...know I wasn't satisfied with the dish and requested a refund, which they refused and assured me their pork belly just looks like bacon. I also called another Ichiddo location to ask about how they prepared the dish, and it was not what I received from this location. The individual was extremely rude in the phone saying, if we didn't make a mistake, no refund even if you don't like it and kept repeating this over and over. All I wanted was a refund and to go to the Minneapolis location that was extremely friendly on the phone and knows what pork belly is. I spent $17 on the most DISAPPOINTING ramen dish to date. Do not waste your money at this location.More
