Ichiddo Ramen is Minnesota based authentic Japanese ramen/noodle restaurant, currently, we operate in Midwest and West Coast of US. We serve a variety of our own special menu, serves with beef, chicken, and seafood charsiu ramen, donburi, fried rice, stir fried ramen, fresh appetizers and beverage. We serve lunch and dinner. As an additional, We have more than 15 different topping options for your choice, you will choose the ramen according to the topping, or your choose topping according to the ramen. The main course in Ichiddo Noodle are both Japanese and Chinese style noodle, noodle soup and fried rice. Soup and ingredients are the key of making authentic Japanese noodle, for this reason here you will test a real authentic Japanese flavour noodle and Chinese noodle soup.

We had friends in from out of town and we thought we'd give Ichiddo a try based on a recommendation. My expectations were high but I was really disappointed with the lack of flavor. Mine was supposed to be spicy but I had to add so much soy sauce and Sriracha sauce to give it any flavor at all. If you took 6 cups of boiling water and added one chicken bouillon cube, that would have more flavor than my bowl of crispy chicken ramen. My daughter had shrimp fried rice and said that all it had was black pepper, corn and scallions and basically no other vegetables or seasonings. Plus she woke up with an incredible stomachache. My husband said strip mall carry out shrimp fried rice is 10x better for less than half the price. This was an expensive lesson for us as our bill came close to $200 bucks! The appetizers were small (but the calamari was great!) I don't know if the cooks were different yesterday and just didn't season the food or what but I am baffled as to how they have so many high reviews. Everyone in my party of nine was disappointed, except the three-year-old! What happened Ichiddo? The server was great; that's why I gave it a 2-star review.

Convenient location to grab a ramen meal. The restaurant itself could use a refresh in design & coziness but the food was great and if you don’t like the vibe just grab food ‘to-go’ and enjoy it in your own home. My son and I ordered the chicken ramen and the chicken stir fry and we shared. Both had unique and flavorful tastes. We will be back, but probably for take out.

We were looking for a good ramen restaurant while visiting family in Roseville. Ichiddo Ramen did not disappoint. The servers were helpful to explain the menu and provided good service. There was a good variety of ramen dishes and everyone in our party left satisfied.

I really wanted to love this place, but was HORRIBLY disappointed. I ordered the Niku Soba Ramen, which is supposed to be a pork belly ramen with a tonkotso broth, but I received bacon strips in a miso based broth. I called to let them know I wasn't satisfied with the dish and requested a refund, which they refused and assured me their pork belly just looks like bacon. I also called another Ichiddo location to ask about how they prepared the dish, and it was not what I received from this location. The individual was extremely rude in the phone saying, if we didn't make a mistake, no refund even if you don't like it and kept repeating this over and over. All I wanted was a refund and to go to the Minneapolis location that was extremely friendly on the phone and knows what pork belly is. I spent $17 on the most DISAPPOINTING ramen dish to date. Do not waste your money at this location.

We had Edamame, the kids liked it, Chicken stir fry, Seafood ramen, and Teriyaki Ton ramen plus some plain noodles. kids ages 8, 6, and 4. great service and very tasty, I would go back again.

I was reluctant to try this place, since I associated ramen with the salty cheap packets college kids live on. I was pleasantly surprised. The food is creative and tasty.
The service was excellent, so kind and solicitous.

I gave an 'Average' rating, not because of anything that was wrong, per se. I'll explain below -
Three of us met for lunch on a weekday. We were greeted warmly and seated immediately. The place was not busy, though there were other diners.
Two of us ordered the seafood ramen, and the third ordered the char siu ramen. Our food was brought to us in timely fashion, very attractive, and a generous portion. My seafood ramen was very tasty, and included two very large delicious mussels, along with a variety of other seafood.
Some observations - I suspect that there was MSG in my seafood ramen, and the lunch partner who also had the seafood ramen said the same thing. Anytime I eat food that has been prepared with MSG, I get the same symptoms - incredible thirst and a dry mouth, and that's what happened about 20 minutes after I finished lunch.
The MSG is the only reason I do not plan to return to Ichiddo Ramen, but for diners who are able to eat food with MSG, I would recommend this establishment.
