We needed dinner at ten pm, at the end of a travel day. Newts was open, with scattered customers, happy waitress, and freshly prepared bar food. We first started eating at Newt's when there was just the downtown location and it was often hard to get a table since the place is small and yet the food is great. When they added the North location seating was better and the food stayed the same...it is great. The free popcorn is fun and the meals are always... More

Was staying in Rochester after my kidney transplant and came here 4 different times when friends were visiting to eat. Tried something different each time. Very good food and friendly service.

Went for lunch and is was good. Went after 1 and it was not very busy so that was nice. Gluten free buns are better than most places. Nice beer selection.

The kids menu is great as well. They offer a great Mac and Cheese... and it isn't Kraft- it's home made. And if you like onion rings...Newt's are... More

The wait was long and we had a hard time getting the bartenders attention to order a drink while we waited. But the burgers are excellent...so worth the wait.

This restaurant also has a Bar and served drinks at tables It serves great food and appetizers. I had a mushroom burger and fries. The nacho appetizer was generous The service was great in spite of it being very busy
