I submitted a 1* review after dining at Pour in Elk River on June 23rd. The gluten free pasta dish we ordered was mush and after informing our server, no consideration on our concerns (server agreed but we didn't have an opportunity to inform her of our dissatisfaction before requesting the check), we paid our bill and left. I just noticed our Visa was credited for the entire dinner. Thank you Pour- totally unexpected but we appreciate it and will dine with you again.

My family love Pour, and we are frequent visitors, whether it's dinner with all the kids or a happy hour getaway for my husband and me. We love the warm, cozy atmosphere and the food and drinks never disappoint. The owners make a point to meet, greet, and build rapport with their customers. A wonderful family-owned restaurant that makes visitors feel like they're part of the family. Their live music, wine dinners, and other events are also incredible.

My wife and I were very impressed, pleased and satisfied with our respective meals. Wedge salad, French Onion soup, Bang-bang shrimp appetizer, and a glass of wine. Great service, too! Great quality food, worth the $$ price.

Very disappointed to see this place has took a serious turn for the worst. Ordered the gf pasta and it was total mush (a $2 charge for gf) and the bolognese tasted off. Also ordered a bottle of wine, shared house salad, and steak bites. Server confirmed all was safe for gf husband and was very helpful, checking w kitchen. Previously this place was great and a safe and good place for gluten intolerant.
Shared disappointment w server when requesting check (we are not “complainers”) and requested server show half-eaten pasta to kitchen (she agreed the pasta was indistinguishable). Seeing no consideration on a $120 dinner tab, confirmed ownership had not changed -has not. We paid the check but also requested she share that after this experience we would no longer consider Pour Wine Bistro for any future dining plans or family celebrations as we have in the past. Seems very short-sighted over a $20 pasta dish and does not bode well for the future of this place. Also, we would have shared this w our server earlier, but a different server delivered our salad and entrees at the same time and we had not even tasted the pasta. By the time our server returned we requested the check. Plus the place is very dirty, shoes stick to the floors…it’s dark for a reason:(

The interior of this restaurant was romantic, with lights dimmed and a fireplace. My husband and I were celebrating my birthday. We ordered four appetizers to split and ordered a total of three drinks. The appetizers were really small. The steak bites and drunken shrimp only had between four and six small pieces. We were SHOCKED when we received a bill of $110.00. In addition to paying way too much for WAY too little they charged us for using a credit card. Talk about a dual-slap in the face! We were both extremely disappointed and will warn our friends not to dine there.

We did not have reservations but there plenty of tables and we were seated right away.
It was New Years Eve and we knew it would be busy but our waitress really didn’t seem to care about any of our requests. We got the wine sampler and it took 20 minutes for her to bring us, we had to ask for water from her three times before we got it and that took around 45 minutes to finally get? As she walked around like she didn’t care! We should not have ordered dessert as that took nearly 20 minutes to get it. She did not seem in any sort of hurry and walked around like she was lost. Even if she would have talked to us or was friendly, kept us informed of what was going, or anything, that would have helped. If she would have apologized for us having to wait for everything or the fact she couldn’t remember the water we kept asking for, that would have helped.
Extremely dissapointed. Won’t be back.

Terrible service. Terrible food. I can’t believe this place is in business. Raw salmon- when I told our server she brought us dessert 🤷🏻♀️🤔 never did the server come ask us how the food was. I agree with the other negative reviews here. Save your money and go to other places in champlin.

Sorry to hear that your experience was not what you expected. I am also disappointed that my team didn’t handle the salmon properly. In today’s environment it is more difficult to meet expectations and we need to work on providing a better experience.

Outstanding appetizers and entrees every visit to Pour. Blue Cheese Souffle appetizer is delightful followed by a fabulously prepared Filet!
The service is top notch and the wine selection is lovely. We love bringing friends and family as we call it our mini Napa;)

My husband and I decided to go to Pour for our anniversary. We were lucky that it was in a Wednesday and they had live music at an open mic night that was lots of fun. Food was good - we both had burgers that nice and they were great! We found it a bit surprising that we mentioned that it was our anniversary and did not even get a congratulations from the waitress. Most place at least offer congratulations if not a complementary dessert. Would have tried dessert but the waitress never offered. Other than the subpar waitress, it was a great experience.

Can’t go wrong at any of the Pour Wine Bars Wine and food are great and staff is amazing. Atmosphere is good and you can actually hear the people you’re with. Especially like the Avacado wontons Bistro Fries yummy.

I told the Waitress mine Hors-d’oeuvre is cold.
She told me I let the cook know and she walk away from the Table.😂😂😵💫.
That was it.

Outstanding! Amazing service and delicious food! So glad we went with 5 other people so we could try so many scrumptious menu items! Truffle fries, truffle chips, goat cheese, drunken shrimp, ribs, grilled salmon. Absolutely everything was wonderful! The drinks were amazing too! Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I just went to POUR! again and we loved it. The food is outstanding and the service was great. We tried the wine flight and found our new favorite wine.
