Arrived on a SUN for lunch. You seat yourself. Many tables were not cleaned/wiped. Previous customer dishes stayed on tables for a very long time before a server cleaned the area. We waited a very long time before server took our order. Then waited even...longer to get our food. Utensils were dirty. It was faster to take clean silverware from the table next to us than wait for server to come back around. Server never came back to ask how we were doing &/or refilled our water. We had to keep look out for a server to ask for water refill. Don't know what the good reviews are about. Food wasn't good, bad service & dirty silverware & tables. I won't be back & don't recommend to others.More

The service at Frankies was quick, friendly and attentive making the experience enjoyable. We shared garlic cheese bread and a Chicago stuffed pizza and think the taste was great, however could have had more meat on it as we had Canadian bacon and sausage and...didn't get meat on every bite. The only other thing to mention was the middle of the pizza was not hot.More

we love chicago style pizza (deep dish). this is located in a strip mall in a neighborhood, i had driven by in the past, not knowing it was there. we got the monster pan pizza. was excellent. excellent crust, fresh toppings, correct amount of sauce....this is now our go to for pan pizza.More

Small venue but friendly people and staff. I didn't eat but when I have there food has always been great. I will be back!

If you are in the mood for great Chicago style pizza, I strongly recommend the Frankie's Special with their stuffed crust, this pizza will make you feel like you are back home in Chicago. For an even better experience, sit at the bar and eat...your pizza while Kali the best bartender serves you your favorite cocktail; Kali is the best of the best and will make you feel right at home. Otherwise, sitting at the tables is not the same experience and you will really notice the poor quality silverware.More

Went there on a Saturday to see a blues band. Had late night happy hour food and drinks. Service and food were excellent. Band was great. Price was only $6 for a bowl of spaghetti which was delicious. We ordered our last drink toward the...end of the show. At the end of the show, this extremely crabby and rude woman walked up and literally ripped our beers out of our hands (which were almost full) and said gotta pull the drinks. We were in shock on how we were treated. I understand that they have rules about this and are doing their job but they have no tact. They could of at least given a 5 minute warning or something. She was so extremely rude about it that I don't think I would ever go there again. Made us feel very unwelcome.More

We order delivery from Frankie's regularly. They have a menu with a variety of items from pizza and pasta to burgers to salads. They even have BBQ if you are in the mood for ribs or chicken. The restaurant, itself, is nice. They have a...nice party room, which is perfect for smaller events. I've used the room for a year end baseball party and ordered their pizza buffet that comes with salad, breadsticks and soda. This service was offered at a very affordable price and the room was free (with a small deposit to secure the date). I would definitely recommend Frankie's if you want local delivery (about a 45 minute process), casual dining or for a small party or banquet.More

Went to Frankie's tonight for a Monday night date night. Have not been here for awhile. In the entry they were touting their new "Grilled Menu". When we asked our server to see the grilled menu as it was not included in the menu we...got when we were seated. She only was able to tell us what was on the menu verbally. When we asked about prices she stated $17 give or take on most of the choices. If you are rolling out a new menu have it printed for the customer and train your staff on it to answer questions intelligently. Wife ordered a flatbread pizza which she said was good. I ordered the 1/4 BBQ Chicken and 1/2 slab of ribs. It was suppose to come with a cheddar/garlic baked potato and breadstick. Chicken was a thigh and leg I think they got off of a hummingbird. Ribs were OK but not a "Grilled" preparation by any means. The potato was the biggest joke. They tried to microwave a baked tater and tried yo pass it off as "Baked". Sent it back and was still hard and cold. Did not get back till almost done with rest of dinner. They just tried to finish it in the microwave again and failed. The cheddar was just a slice of cheese they use for hamburgers melted over the top. Not sure where the garlic came into it? Manager never came by to apologize for the problem. Only took $3 off of a $15.95 meal. Guess I should know better than to expect a good dinner meal at a Pizza joint. Will not return. On a good note the beer was cold!!More

Love this local pizza place! Great little bar and lots of locals hanging at the bar. Very friendly. We ordered the chicago pan style and were super happy. My folks ordered the tortellini and salad and they raved about it too!

Met with friends and had a good time! Really good pizza and sandwiches. A great location with plenty of parking.Seating can be a problem when it is busy but a very nice local bar & restaurant. There delivery has also worked out well for us..

Atmosphere was very nice, very nice upgrade to the place. The pizza was super good. I brought a group of younger people so we could show our support that they upgraded their place with music that we could walk to in a residential neighborhood that...they all grew up in and are used to big city living now. Servers were under staffed however and I had to go find our server several times. Music was a little loud for the size of the venue. I will go back however.More
