Yo Yo Donuts lives up to the hype. Their Maple Bacon Long John is off the hook, in fact every donut I tried was fantastic. Plan for a line as this place stays busy for most of Saturday and Sunday mornings. Can't wait to go back.

We stop in often and are never disappointed. Our favorites are the maple bacon long john, the red velvet with cream cheese, the cherry cake donut, the apple fritter, the s'mores donut, the long johns with sprinkles. Wait, I guess they are ALL our favorites. Keep doing what you're doing!

I love donuts ... almost as much as my husband. YOYO donuts are probably the best donuts we've ever eaten. The donuts are wonderfully fresh, not greasy, and masterfully made with great attention to detail. They can be old-fashioned, or creatively conceived. The young counter staff is friendly and helpful. Come early, come hungry.

What can I say, I waited in the longest line ever. It looked to be very short staffed. I ordered just a couple of donuts and a coffee. It was $6 plus some change. Donuts no different than I can really get somewhere else less expensive. I had the custard filled long john. The chocolate on the top was extremely... More

Unique donut options - like Red Velvet, Capn' Crunch, etc, but it's just the toppings on most of them that are different. They are regular donuts otherwise.

Gotta try the maple bacon long john - it is great and is a lot better than other bakeries' attempts at it. The apple fritters are also good. Fun to bring kids up to the donut case and let them pick what they think looks good.

Artistic donuts that taste as good as they look! Very fresh, and not greasy tasting. Well done! Be prepared to stand in line for 5+ minutes, as they get busy early and stay busy all morning!

The donuts are good, expensive and small. But flavorful and unique. We like to visit as a family treat. Today was National Donut Day, I felt sorry for the young girl that had to tell all the disappointed customers that they were out( was the manager hiding?). I think that this was really bad, it showed poor planning, would Caribou... More

It's unfortunate that we -- along with *every* other small, independent donut shop in the Twin Cities -- ran out of donuts on National Donut Day. The reality is that sometimes happens when people make a product, rather than machines. I'm not sure that comparing us (a small, independent business) to two ginormous publicly-held corporations -- one $17 billion corporation... More

YoYo Donuts & Coffee Bar is one of the best donut shops in the Twin Cities. It has won numerous awards in the local press, has gotten glowing reviews from national publications, and even won the Donut Showdown on the Food Network. Minnesota currently only has 1 outlet of a major national donut chain (Dunkin Donuts in Rochester), so if... More

We stopped on a Saturday morning and the line was out the door, so our expectations were high. Had the maple bacon, since it seemed to be the "go to" according to the hype. It was good, but didn't knock my socks off. Also had a key-lime bomber, and a glazed knot, which were tasty, but we thought quite average.... More
