My favorite item is the chicken on the buffet. It's a great price to try things you may not have eaten before. Everything is spiced in a most delicious way, a bit more subtle than many Indian restaurants, bu bursting flavors.

(Hmm. Thought I already wrote this but okay ... here goes ...) My go-to restaurant for a casual lunch or dinner. The food is delicious — have the chana masala, chicken saag or, if you’re there for lunch, go to the buffet. The momos are...the thing here — don’t miss them. Highly recommendedMore
Delicious food, served with a lot of warmth, smiles and happiness. The jackfruit sabzi/ dish is a delight to see on the menu. Lamb chops were perfectly done, spicy goat curry was finger licking good! This restaurant is a gold mine for Indian/ Nepalese food...lovers. Guess what, they serve the best home made mango pickle on side, so good that they must start a separate business for the pickles. Presentation is flawless, service is fast and swift all food is very fresh and yummy. 10/10 for meal satisfaction. ❤️🧡❤️🧡❤️🧡More
My wife and I were looking about for something new and Himalayan looked like it might fit the bill. We loved it; there was a very nice variety of dishes on the buffet and the price was beyond reasonable. We'll be back!
First of all lot of parking space and very welcoming staffs including the owner. I had tried both alacarte and buffet from there. Don't expect too much dishes for buffet but what ever it's there was delicious. From alacarte I had tried rotors, nans, chicken...biryani, lamp curry..all were really nice . I will say more homly like food than going to some typical resultants were lot of spices .. Appreciate the very welcome staffs..good job..will visit againMore
Needed a find a place to eat around the area. Saw the reviews and decided that we would try it. A nice mom and pop place.... nothing special inside, but that was OK with us... we were not needing something fancy... just some good food....The place was empty, but we were there at 4:15 in the afternoon, so was not expecting a crowd. The man in the front seated us and gave us menus. Not having eaten this cuisine before, we set out to read the menu. When the server came to the table, she was niether welcoming nor cordial at all.... very flat personality. When we asked her questions about the spicing ( which on the menu only indicated things like "Himalayan spices" etc. but did not list them individually) she could not answer us except for "curry... and other things". She was not helpful at all. We chose our items, and waited quite a while for our food. When it came, it was hot, and the cold was cold. It was delicious.... VERY good!!! No one came back to the table to check on us, or ask if we liked it, or anything. Another server... just as unfriendly, came and brought our "dessert". We both tried it, and it was some type of pudding... it was good, but we do not eat sugar, so chose to leave the rest. We were asked why we did not eat it. A weird question, at best. The pricing was very reasonable, and I would absolutely visit again... but they really need to get some friendly and knowledgeable servers.More
Food and service were excellent. We ordered the lamb and it was exceptional. We also eat at the Highland Cafe, which is owned by the same person. Strongly recommend both.
This place looked interesting and looking at the menu online ahead of time I was planning to get a sampler of appetizers. However when I went in they had an inexpensive buffet which I chose instead. It included meat and vegetarian options, rice and bread...as well as desserts. It was delicious and very reasonably priced. Flavorful but not too spicy. On the way out the owner told me they have the buffet daily but rotate dishes for each day. I would go back again.More
Arrived in Minneapolis to wedding dress shop! My daughter looked on Trip Advisor for food suggestions. This restaurant was highly rated. She had this type of food before but none of us had ever tasted Himalayan food. I thought it was going to be yak!...We noticed that they had lamb, goat, chicken which all sounded good. We ordered a variety of food for 4 of us and had very little left. It was fun! Only downside was that they were very busy and our waitress was a little slow in coming around.More
I have eaten here many times and I always love it. The food is excellent. Their curries are so delicious, appetizer are always tasty, and the serving size is generous. The restaurant's location is easy to find and they have plenty of parking next to...the building. The atmosphere is comfortable and they have lovely paintings on the walls that I enjoy very much. The restaurant is casual with cultutal influence and the meals are affordable which would make it appropriate for family, buisness, or on a date. And finally, the staff has always been helpful and very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant.More
