Excellent Everly Brothers show. Meal was very good - the steak was one of the best we have ever had. Desert was enormous big enough for two to share. Not a large eating area but perfectly acceptable. Lots of parking. Thoroughly recommended.

We made reservations on OpenTable for 6 p.m. on a Tuesday. The restaurant was not busy. We were seated in a quiet cozy booth near the windows overlooking the lake. Excellent service; we told the waiter we were on a first date and just wanted...More

Fridley doesn't come to mind when one thinks of a jazz club. So, we were new to Crooners Lounge and Supper Club, and what a pleasant surprise it was. Kinda reminds me of the '40s and '50s Italian supper clubs in the Chicago suburb of...More

This is a great niche restaurant. Think Rat Pack, Lucy, and Super Clubs. The service and food is excellent and you will never be short on entertainment. Great place to bring your grandparents or anyone who would enjoy a trip back in time. We were...More

Visited for a live music event. Staff seemed stressed out, bartender acted as if we were inconveniencing him, and kept a tip without asking. 20% service charge added to food without notice.

It was the second Golden Age of the 20th century. The Great Depression and World War II had given way to years of great growth and prosperity. Babies were “booming,” Eisenhower was in the White House, and Sinatra ruled the airwaves. In America’s best restaurants “Continental Cuisine” graced the tables. Dishes brought back from the GI’s experience in Europe had evolved into something uniquely American. People dressed for dinner and added to the level of sophistication that made dining out a special occasion. Crooners Lounge and Supper Club celebrates and pays homage to this great era and the fabulous dining experiences it provided. We bring it to you with our own contemporary spin that is at once mid-20th century and yet current and relevant for today.
