Four of us enjoyed a moderately priced, tasty, family style Asian dinner of mixed traditional and fusion dishes. Fresh, well prepared vegetables in each dish with chicken and shrimp and a good selection of local beer. A gem on east Hennepin!

The calamari is delicious. I usually get the shrimp fried rice as well. The staff is very friendly. Nice, clean restaurant. Love stopping here for lunch and lunch to go!

The best dishes I have tied are spring rolls, moo goo gai pan, hot-sour Indian soup, chow mai fun and madras chicken. Everything is fresh and tasty----all dishes are well prepared. Very clean restaurant for dine in or carry-out. Owner/chef.

The food at Chindian does not disappoint! Everything I have tried I have loved. The blend of Chinese cuisine with Indian spices is like nothing I have ever had before. The Chow Mai Fun is one of my favorites. They will ask what spice level you would like. I always go medium to be safe when first trying a dish.... More

We were in MN for a business meeting, the people we were meeting with suggested take out from Chindian. We were up for trying something new. It was good, 5 different items ordered. Even the person who does not like Chinese food liked it. We ordered everything medium and it did have a big of a kick. They did neglect... More

Dined on a weekday early evening. Ordered the spring rolls made with tofu to share. (The spring rolls are usually made with shrimp & pork. Our server offered tofu when I asked about deleting the pork.) They were very good and came with a spicy sauce & peanut garnish. I ordered spicy shrimp (level 3 of 5 for spicy). If... More

This was my first time here and I was excited to finally try it after hearing about it for a while. I was not let down at all, the service was great and the food was incredible. You have to try the egg rolls, by far the best I've ever had. We also had the zesty green beans and garlic... More

It's extremely rare for me to look at a menu & have such indecision. I wanted to try a host of different things, and alas, was only there for a quick snack. The vegetable samosas are dynamite with fabulous mint chutney. My friend had spring rolls which were beautiful & reportedly fresh & delicious. I watched plate after plate come... More
