Our daughter just moved to Minneapolis and told us we had to go to Sebastian Joe's. The flavors were great - we had banana chocolate (tasted like eating a sundae), chocolate malt (tasted like a malt) and Pothole (chocolate ice cream with nuts, chocolate and caramel - my favorite). Great! We sat outside in a garden setting, which was really... More

OK, we were staying in the area and kept passing by Sebastian Joe's. The kids kept begging to stop in, so we finally did. There was a line, so what I guess is a good sign, and yes, the ice cream was great. Worth a stop on a warm day - great ice cream with some wonderful flavors.

Best ice cream we've ever had. Bought an ice cream cake for my wife's birthday and everyone raved about it. Must stop every time we go to the Cities.

We waited in line for about 13 minutes. It was worth it! The icecream was extra creamy and all 3 flavors we tried were very intense. The Monkey icecream was full of nuts, bananas, etc. The rum raisen was the best we've ever had. The raspberry chocolate chip was better than average but not as good as the other two... More

We found Sebastien Joe's Ice Cream mid-way on our bike tour across Minneapolis on a hot day. We loved the atmosphere and the tasty ice cream.

A unique small batch ice cream that is both high quality and creative. Sebastian's really loads in the ingredients and the flavors actually taste like what they are supposed to be. For example, I had the coconut cream pie which was creamy and loaded with coconut. There also were hunks, not tiny pieces, of pie crust. Like eating a frozen... More

While on a girl's trip, my friend and I were told we had to check this place out by our Airbnb host. And who doesn't like a little dessert before dinner?! I had the oreo ice cream in a dish - creamy, delicious, awesome! My friend tried the raspberry chocolate chip in a homemade waffle cone - lighter than regular... More

Nice area, parking a nightmare, place is nice and clean inside. Good flavors and choices but very expensive for what you actually get. And the line inside is super long. Seating is limited but sitting outside is nice and fun to watch people. Service is great though no matter how busy they are.

Great variety of unique flavors. The Nicollet Pothole is crazy good and if I lived here, I'd probably gain 15lbs from eating that flavor alone. Only negative was the chocolate-dipped cone, it seemed kind of stale & chewy. I'd recommend getting your delicious choice of flavors in a cup.
