Our lunch was such a wonderful experience. The Salad Bar had wonderful options, the pao de queijo was really good and the service was absolutely amazing. Brandi took really good care of us; was very professional and personable and the gauchos were very attentive and...brought many servings of wonderful meats. To top it off, they brought us flan in celebration of our anniversary that was plated with wonderful presentation. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience!More

Great service and food. If you leave dissatisfied then it is your own fault. The servers continuously bring different meat to your table. One of the servers was super cool and professional. The food bar was also great. The price was about 60 dollars which...considering the amount of food I ate or could have eaten is a great price. Plus it was like a minute walk from my hotel. Also it stays open until 10 PM, which after the riots a lot of restaurants are closing early.More

When a favorite restaurant closed, co-workers recommended this place. Only being vaguely aware of the place and researching the website, I was curious how they would deliver in Covid times. Spectacularly that’s how they delivered. Currently operating at about 50% capacity. Tables are spaced, face...masks are common as is hand sanitizer. At the Market Buffet you will be greeted by a team member that will place any items you want on your plate. The real star here is the meats. Seriously. Make sure you get the lamb chops and the filet. Incredible. Service was also fantastic.More

Miguel Cruz was the best host ever! He made us feel at home in the restaurant. His attention to detail was much appreciated. Also, kudos to the chefs who prepared our steak, chicken and lamb. The side dishes and salads were fresh and tasty. The...variety was great and everyone got something they liked. To top it off we were celebrating our anniversary and a recent graduation. They gave us free dessert and treats with a smile 😊. When we return to Minneapolis we will return to Fogo de Chao.More

We've always enjoyed visiting Fogo de Chao, Minneapolis, it’s always been one of our favorite restaurants. The most recent visit was a few days ago 07/26, wasn't anywhere of what I expected and what we had received in the past regarding service. We arrived 10...or 15 minutes prior to our reservation time and were seated very quickly by a very friendly hostess. Shortly after being seated our wait person arrived at the table to tell us about the specials and to take our drink order. However, during the 60 plus minutes were at the restaurant, that was the only time she visited the table, first disappointment. Granted we are during a Covid time, and certain precautions were being taken care of, which is perfectly understandable. However, during previous visits you were provided with a two-sided coaster to advise the staff when and if we are ready for the meat entrée. No longer available. The Salad bar was brough out to the table at the same time the meat courses were presented, second disappointment, didn’t have any time to enjoy our salads. After that first stint, no one visited our table for 15 minutes or even longer until I flagged another wait staff person of which she was very friendly as well and made sure we were taken care of. Selection of availability of meats were much, much lower than in previous visits, but still at the same prices. As I previously mentioned, Fogo de Chao was one of our favorite restaurants to visit, but it will certainly be questionable if we will visit anymore.More

Huge salad bar that was loaded with yuppie items. I guess if you are trying to impress people this would be a good place to go. Meat was only warm sometimes.More

We've been to FOGO a handful of times but went for 2 birthdays 2-22-20. We drive 2 hours into the cities specifically to come to Fogo. We arrived early and the restaurant was empty. We were seated and the server was un-attentive, the strolling meat...guys were bad about stopping, refills were non existent and the food was not showing up. I requested the house special and it never came. 90 minutes in we decided enough. $230+ bill for really bad service and lack of food. They completely forgot about the birthdays and gave us our bill for us to split and check out ourselves. Ridiculous. Will not be back. Not worth the price when you aren't receiving what you expect and paid for.More

I’ve had rodízio many times before and expected similar experience (flavorful meat, great salad bar selection). While the salad bar offered many options, the Picanha was barely seasoned which was disappointing. The service was not good either. We had to remind our server to bring...the side dishes and he barely checked in with us. The only time our server was quick was when we asked for the check. The Fejoada was delicious but that was the only plus. It’s $56 per person for the rodízio and in my opinion not worth it at all!! Go to Zelos instead; we had a much better experience there.More
