We stopped in after a concert and the place was packed about Midnight. We thought we would have to wait forever for food, but we were served very quickly. Food was excellent.

This place kept us coming back over the week we spent in town. At least three meals eaten here. Excellent food, great service, terrific ambiance. The interior reminds me of a local in Dublin. Wonderful woodwork, great selection of beers, terrific fish and chips, and an all around full menu. Very much a "local" with a great sidewalk cafe and... More

My wife and I stopped into The Local before a show this weekend, and we absolutely loved everything about it. The drinks were awesome, you have to try the Big Ginger. The fish and chips were amazing, and the reuben was out of this world. We ended up going back for drinks and a late night snack, perfection in Calamari... More

Husband had fish & chips and two Irish beers, I had a Rueben & two pub speciality drinks, both were delicious. We sat outside because the weather was nice but have sat inside on past visits & the atmosphere is woody (very neat)

This place feels like you are in Dublin. They have a great selection of beers all served in an ood world dark wood bar. I can ree the fish and chips, the hamburger, and the reuben.

We stopped at the local for breakfast at The Local around 10:00am on a Sunday. The Breakfast Shepherds Pie was delicious and the wait staff attended to our every need. The patio was shaded and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend The Local for Sunday Brunch downtown.

A beautiful Irish pub with an exceptional bar who is the largest seller of Jamison. Nice outdoor seating and good comfort food and beer choices, of course.

The place has the best reuben sandwich ever and don't forget the creamy hash browns. This is not for those watching their waistline. You will likely want to belly up to the bar for an awesome Irish Coffee. I'm told the bar was made in Ireland and transported to the US just for this location and that the bar pours... More
