My husband and I came here right before closing. I expect the food to be mediocre at best, but was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and heaping portions. Service was great!

I enjoyed a masterfully prepared grilled salmon on an unusual but very tasty bed of grain and veggies while my son had a burger. There is a good craft brew selection, and people watching opportunity while sitting outside. Definitely recommended!

My wife and I were promptly greeted and welcomed by staff. Both of us has the gyros, which were very favorful and easy to handle as they were wrapped like a large ice cream cone. Strong recommendation here should you find yourself in Dinkeytown.

I went during happy hour, so it wasn't expensive. $16 bought me a huge bowl of borscht, the happy hour gyro, and a class of Penya rose. Borscht was outstanding, gyro was not bad, rose was delightful. Waiter was attentive and very cheerful and nice. Will eat there again.

Loved this busy spot for lunch. In spite of it being packed we had great, quick service. Highly recommend the grilled salmon salad - would've tried one of the apps if we had more time. In and out in 45 mins over the busy Friday lunch hour.

This is a wonderful little wine bar / restaurant in Dinkytown. My husband and I often come here after University of Minnesota sporting events. We have never eaten a main course here but seeing all the food that they prepare for catering events I hope to try the menu soon. We usually go to enjoy the different wines they serve.... More

Great little independent restaurant in Dinkytown. Excellent rack of lamb which was nicely paired with a tomato based risotto and grilled asparagus. Good value as well.

Watch your bill: even for small parties, they sneak in a 20% 'gratuity'. Then, in the credit card slip there is still the usual line to add the tip. If you add 20% there you will be leaving over 40% tip, which is probably not what you intended. There is NO warning in the menu or anywhere else. The food... More

Outstanding service, phenomenal food! One of the best meals I've ever had. Everything was fresh & flavorful. Surprisingly affordable. The baklava is spectacular! This is my new spot in Minneapolis.
