Had the $12 weekday lunch buffet. What a deal. They have so many offerings, the food was very hot and fresh. Service was friendly. We enjoyed our lunch here.

My first impression was that the ambiance was not great and I walked away. Later, I went with a group of five for dinner and all of us enjoyed the food very much. It was authentic and very tasty!

This food was really tasty and we loved the owners. We tried to get them to relocate (to our house) but I guess they already have something good going on. We were happy to partake in the delicious offerings.

I've eaten at many Indian restaurants across the U.S. And world and this ranks as maybe the best kofta I've ever had. Really, it's that good! Not overpowered by heat, just the right amount. Attentive service and a nice interior space made for a nice meal. However all that came at a price. Prices downtown are high and this place... More

This is an unassuming Indian restaurant. Had Daal Tadka (Yellow Lentils Cooked Home Style Garnished With Cilantro), Aaloo Matar (Potatoes & Green Peas Cooked In Onion And Tomato Sauce), Malai Kofta (Cheese And Vegetables Balls Deep Fried & Cooked In Mildly Spiced Creamy Sauce), and basket of mixed naan. The only interesting dish was the naan, which had mixtures of... More

Food was good but little salty. Good portion and most of curries comes with rice. Decor was okay. Service needs to improve.

We're vegetarians and have eaten Indian food in the Twin Cities, Chicago, San Francisco, and India (both north and south) The food at the Bombay Bistro ranks with the very best. The owners are personable and the food the best Indian in the Twin Cities. I recommend it without hesitation.

Sta at the window and viewed the world going by. The food was very tasty Had Khadai chicken and a paratha . Ordered it spicy and it was spicy enough I can tolerate spicier but it still allowed for the flavors to infuse. Service was quick.

I live in the part of Britain where there is no shortage of good "Indian" restaurants, except the majority are Pakistani, Bangladesh or Kashmiri and there is a difference in cooking styles. So it is a bit ironic that when in Minneapolis to find a genuine Indian restaurant within 2 minutes walk of the hotel. Ordered rogan Josh with nan... More
