I was skeptical of the fusion of Latin and Asian cusines, bt went with a large group (9) where we each got 1-2 small plates and shared. What an indlgence sampling such a wide variety of items. I sampled the salt and pepper shrimp (nicely spiced), the tempura shrimp (on par with the best), the laab beef (Thai) lettuce wrap... More

Chino Latino has an amazing menu where deciding which great sounding dish can be a challenge. My husband and I can't wait to go back and try a few more. On our most recent visit we had Chicken Satay and a wonderful Cuban Pork dish with sweet bananas and rice and garnished with crispy bananas. It was WONDERFUL. it seems... More

Love this restaurant. It combines my two favorite food genres...Mexian and oriental....YUM! The drinks are creative, the food is inventive and the atmosphere is perfect for either conversation or a romantic dinner. Go!....you'll be glad you did.

Dinner with colleagues after a few grueling work days. The restaurant is in a hip, revitalized part of Minneapolis (Uptown), and it was "hopping" on a wednesday eve. We came in around 7pm with no advance reservations, were seated promptly and had a round of drinks in front of us in 5 minutes. We started off with two caipirinhas, a... More

The food here is super good, and very different! It is definitely a destination restaurant and a place to see and be seen! Make sure to dress to impress, and be prepared to spend a decent amount of money. The reason I gave this review only 4 "circles" is that the service is sometimes sub-par. I even complained to the... This is a great place to go with friends. We have gone several times with 6-8 friends; hip and fun ambiance, good service, great drinks and the best curry chicken and sticky rice ever! But not to be forgotten, they have an amazing dessert that the 6 of us could barely finish, incredible!

This restaurant boasts that it has food from countries around the equator. Once you see the menu you'll see the variety. This is a great place for groups of people, though it is quite loud. The food has always been fantastic and very flavorful.
