Elegant but expensive

Nice entrees, but very expensive. Most entrees are served a la carte so sides are needed at an extra cost. Best deal is the 3 course prix fixe menu for $49 which consists of soup or salad, steak and crab cake and dessert. Beware if you order dessert off the menu. The portions are enough for 2... read more

we have eaten here many times. i think they have gone down hill since they became a Landry's chain. Portions are inconsistent prices are consistently higher. The servers have a little bit of attitude and you feel like they are judging you if your tab isn't worth their effort to serve you. They do have the best Artic Char around.... More

The only negative was even with a reservation we were kept waiting about 15 minutes. I had Nova Scotia Swordfish and it was absolute perfection. Along with a very good wine list, you can't go wrong at Oceanaire.

Pretty cool atmosphere, especially the lounge. But our food?? Remember when it used to be at the Hyatt and was locally owned? That was good!! This was so bad we won't be back. Very little food, big price and really bad tasting! Fried Potatoes?? For that money?? Terrible sauce and iffy fish? See you later . . . much later!

This was the second time I've been here and the food is consistently delicious. The staff is also very accommodating. I had oysters, wine flight and crab cakes (and turtle cheesecake). All were delicious!! Highly recommend!!

We went to The Oceanaire for my husband's birthday and it was a great choice. I wanted to take him somewhere we have not been to before. The service was very good, when I made our reservation I told them it was my husband's birthday and from the moment we walked in to the moment we left everyone used his... More

Met my colleague here for happy hour and it was great! We sat at the bar and had drinks along with some small bites. We tried several including the hot blue crab and spinach dip. YUMMY! The oysters, seafood cocktail and everything else we saw or ate, including the crab sliders were fantastic. Who knew MN had such great seafood,... More

I had the lobster roll during a business lunch. Maybe not the best thing to be eating (messily) during a business lunch, but it was outstandingly good. The portions are huge, including the fries. I wasn't able to finish the whole thing. Our waitress was very helpful and nice. I'd definitely come back!

Christmas happy hour with friends. Ocean air was recommended and it did not disappoint. I would recommend ordering 4-5 different appetizers and sharing as we did. It was all wonderful!

It was a girlfriend's weekend, so we shared a whole bunch of small plates. You must order the truffle fries, they are to die for! Loved the crab cakes, and side car drinks.
