Fabulous meal starting with mushroom flatbread that was amazing. Then two delicious entrees- smoked pork chop and risotto and Thai steak salad. Such a wonderful meat … we will be back!

Tried Urban Eatery with Groupon and couldn’t be happier. We shared the lettuce wraps appetizer and had the beet salad which was really good. I had the chipotle chicken which was tasty and my wife liked the beef stroganoff. We shared the creme brûlée for...dessert. Throw in a few drinks and it was a great meal. We will definitely be back.More

The sidewalk seating is just across the road from Lake Calhoun (that's the old name, there's a new name for the lake - same lake though) Great place for a drink, maybe some app's when you're out for a walk with the dog.

I came here with my husband, parents, and cousin for dinner, and we were all pleased with our meals. They offer both traditional Midwestern fare (cheese curds, wild rice mushroom soup) and a variety of international fare (their signature hummus was delicious, as was their...ratatouille and their house curry). Their salmon and pierogi was especially wonderful. My cousin is a vegetarian, and her meal was delicious, which is refreshing - a lot of restaurants unfortunately don't know how to prepare interesting vegetarian meals, but this restaurant did a great job. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and chill without being pretentious.More

We came early Sunday afternoon for brunch which was order off the menu. One in our party had the Bloody Mary bar which she liked. We ordered cheese curds and guacamole appetizers. The curds were very good. The guacamole was fairly bland. We ordered a...variety of food items. My salmon burger wasn’t very good. The others were ok with items but nobody raved about it. Overall, I’d say an average meal.More

My boyfriend and I took both our mothers here for mother's day and it did not disappoint. His mother and I had the half rack of ribs, my mother had the beef cabobs and the boy had salmon and perogies. I tasted a bit of...everything and it was all good. We got the guacamole and chips appetizer and that was even good (I dont usually like guac.) Their blood orange margarita is not only tasty, but pretty as well and valet is free after 5:30 PM which we took advantage of, but I'm mostly writing this review for our waiter, Jay. He was funny, attentive and friendly and my mom promised to "google" him later. She meant review, so I'm doing this on her behalf. I honestly don't have a bad thing to say.More

For Easter Sunday our family was looking for special and healthy. We found it! Every member of our group raved about the deliciousness of their plate. Details of garnish that added to the dish and obvious quality of foods. The guacamole appetizer was mouth watering!...I am going back for the lamb burger that wasn’t on the Easter menu. I think I enjoyed the applewood bacon the most. No, the beet salad...you get the idea!More

We really enjoyed our evening at Urban Eatery. It was our first visit and that will not be the last. The food was delicious, expertly prepared and delivered at the perfect temperature. The service was friendly and excellent, and the environment is comfortable and fun....Highly recommended!More

We have been living in the building for couple years now. Brunch here is the best. Usually all of our friends meet up here and enjoy Mimosas or my favorite Bloody Mary bar. I love the Urban breakfast. Other food is great too. I recently...had the pork chop and the curry. Both delicious. Chuck and Jessie know how to make pretty much any drink and get you out of massive hangovers. Alex is our favorite waiter. He and Jess also works at the summer bar upstairs by our pool. Summers wouldn't be the same without them :)More

Wonderful dinner last night, highlighted by friendly and accommodating service by Alexis. Enjoyed a shared app of delicious guac with warm (house-made) tortilla chips. A very tasty Caesar salad followed and then entrees of Grilled Chipotle Chicken (spouse) and Pepper Steak (me). Both entrees were...prepared perfectly as ordered, and were bursting with flavor. This was our first visit. My wife had the pear, blue cheese and prosciutto flatbread and I had the grilled shrimp tacos. Bother were very good. Service was a bit slow but it is a relaxed atmosphere and we were not in a hurry. They...had a nice bar selection as well.More
