Solid Mexican food! I live in San Diego and was surprised to find such a good taco in Minneapolis. I was shocked the place was not packed. If you are looking for a yummy street style carne asada taco in the north midwest, this is your place. Nice salsa bar too!

Don't expect much from the atmosphere. This is a simple restaurant in an a small strip mall in a residential neighborhood. You will be pleasantly surprised when you try the food. It is fresh and doesn't leave you feeling stuffed. We were there at dinner and the service was good. We had the Mole Poblano and the Tortillas which were... More

Very casual mom & pop type of place. Salsa bar is awesome, we always get pollo a la diablo (spicyplatter). Taco are great, & kids love the burritos. The waitress is a bit grumpy, but it's part of the charm. We first went w/ groupon but also go w/o, 3 platters fed 5 of us today, & we still had... More

Honestly, I thought we were on some sort of hidden camera show because apparently the hostess/waitress and my family had some sort of unspoken deep seated hatred for one another that I was previously unaware of. Our server refused to speak to us which included answering questions related to the menu. She was, however, adept at sighing and eye rolling.... More

While Las Teresita's decor may be very simple, its food is amazing. Taco Tuesdays are great, buy more than 4 Tacos and they'll usually give you a bag to take some chips and salsa from the salsa bar. try the Molcajete for an authentic Mexican meal!

A family owned and operated Mexican Restaurant and it feels like you are visiting their home. The service is friendly and the food is wonderful. They have a salsa bar with several varieties of salsa and some very good pickled jalapeño slices and, of course, all the chips you can eat. They have over ten different taco proteins. I had... More

Delicious food on a budget. Don't get fooled into ordering higher cost than you want, and if you aren't used to ala carte ordering, then make sure you get everything you want up front, or you will be waiting. However, the tacos are soooooo good. We will be back again!

The food at Las Teresitas is very good. The food tastes fresh and there are a lot of options on the menu. I am not a big fan of shredded melted cheese which is what they put on top of their items. Portion sizes are big so you will need a take home box! The place itself may not be... More

Ate here once a few years ago on recommendation from a local. Was back in town earlier this week and stopped in again. For what looks like a hole-in-the-wall sort of place in a not necessarily great (but not bad) part of town, Las Teresitas is a best-kept secret in the Twin Cities. Absolutely love their salsa bar (seriously -... More
