From the moment you walk in you feel like you came to the right place. I love a place with those small details that make it special. Farm to table restaurants are making a rise in our country. This one does it in style. All the dishes are the perfect amount of food with and exquisite taste. From the duck... More

This was our last evening in Minneapolis. The fresh cow's milt toast was outstanding. Get the bigger portion. My husband had the duck confit and said it was the best he has had. I had the mushroom dish with farro I believe and it could not have been a more flavorful and delicious meal.

This place is certainly one of Minneapolis' finest restaurant. Make a reservation ahead of time since they are busy almost every day.

I was visiting MN and dined here with friends on their suggestion. The food and cocktails were terrific. Portions and prices The restaurant itself is a hip spot in the warehouse district. All in all a great meal at a restaurant that would stand out in any city.

Pros: The atmosphere was like walking into my Norwegian grandmother’s house with the wallpaper, tile, and homemade ginger snaps. We really enjoyed the quality of the food. My mom and I split the duck breast medallions ($31) and it was the best duck my mom had ever had. Cooked to our liking being a little pink in the middle and... More

Four of us went to have dinner and the food was good. I thought the portions were small for what you pay. It was enough but then the cost should be lower.

While many people in the city know about Bachelor Farmer, their early morning cafe is a hidden treat, with homemade goods and excellent coffee in a light, airy, space that makes you feel as if you are sitting in a Danish Kitchen at dawn. Food is pricey, per BF standards, but worth it.

Pouring rain and thunder outside, a nice, contemporary and comfortable dining room with friendly staff inside. We sampled good (smoked fish, roasted tomato soup), very good (Brussel sprouts) and delicious (duck) dishes, but for a restaurant that prides itself on using local ingredients the wine list was disappointingly European.

Decided to take a friend here for his birthday supper. Amazing from start to finish, we made reservations, but they were able to seat us early. Staff friendly without being over bearing. We split a salad, then appetizer #2 pork belly with homemade sauerkraut on toast, mustard sauce - MELT IN YOUR MOUTH. For main course I had the local... More
