I am only going to write this review that doesn't really say much because there is a 100 word minimum, but know that this place is crazy good.

We were looking for a late night place that served desserts and Google listed Tilia. The waiter was very nice and it seemed like a cute neighborhood place, but the three desserts that were the only way ones on the menu and that our group of 4 ordered were mostly weird and not very good. The decaf coffee was no... More

Limited menu, tiny but cute, upper scale vs greasy spoon sort of neighborhood eatery. Shoestring fries were ok, turkey burger was flavorful and deep fried fish good. Lemonade was extremely sweet. Would go back except noisy on a beautiful Sunday night post concert at Harriet Bandshell. Cute neighborhood.

Cozy, warm and happy. The food, atmosphere and staff. A little loud for some but I loved the "spirit/soul" of the place. All around great. Thank you!

Great location right near Lake Harriet in Linden Hills. Service was good but food portion size was not acceptable for the price. Both the salmon and steak were very small portions and we felt a little cheated. The steak was cut up which made it seem like they were trying to make it more than it was. Extra sides were... More

I came here after a stride around lake Harriet. And it turned out to be the perfect treat after the walk. The Reuben was excelent, but don't miss the Brussel sprouts.

To be fair, I came in with high expectations. Perhaps that's why I was slightly underwhelmed. However, that's not to say that it wasn't great food. The brussels sprouts with walnuts and ham were deliciously carmelized and the turkey burger was good as well (not great). My brother really enjoyed the soup of the day (tomato soup with bacon and... It was a busy Sunday night. Our server and other staff frequently checked on the our table. The food was good. We ordered hamburgers were cooked to order. Tilia's fries are not to be missed. The Filipino squid was served in a very artistic way. It's worth ordering even for the view.

We stayed quite a while, had some good food. Not impressed with the art of it. Big bowls with little portions of artistry. Nice people. Good service. Just not going there for the food or the lack of acoustical considerations. Parking is an issue.

$116 for 3 glasses of wine, 2 kids' meals, 5 plates to share. VERY reasonably priced and delicious. A neighborhood restaurant with a great loud atmosphere so the kids aren't disturbing the diners. Not a fancy restaurant where you need to dress up, but still receive the fabulous fresh food. There is a bar with seating, an open kitchen bar... More
