The restaurant owners don't care about they're employees, they exploit them to their personal benefit, so if they apply to work in one shift they won't respect that they will use you their way and move you from location to location even if you just...applied for one location. I was looking for a quick bite and had noticed this spot driving by times before. I was in the mood for a burger and am never one to pass up a taco. Ordering for two I got two burgers, two tacos and cheesy fries....We wouldn't go so far as to call ourselves food snobs but we know a good burger when we taste one and the Del Gordo burger is in our top 5 in the twin cities. We also have lunch for tomorrow, so much food and very reasonably priced. Very happy to have discovered this hidden gem, will be back.More

We went in for last minute food wasnt planing on even going here soon as i was approuched it was hostility and first i over looked it when talking to the cashier then, come to find out every single one of our orders was done...almost like no one even tried my elote was filled with water to the top, my burrrito was literally falling apart the only thing i can say was half good was the horchata, once i realized that i hadn't done anything to make this woman want to do this i also realize were a famliy of BLACK people and everyone of ur orders were messed up with the cashier giving us attitude for no reason, they clealry have a problem if your not mexican or white, ill never eat here again to many good places out here, if want good food wear a white face mask or something, because 9/10 that was the only reason our food was the way it was .More

We visited this restaurant on the suggestion of our family, since we would not have tried it on our own. it was absolutely a great meal, the only down side to this day was that the hamburgers come with Avocado and they were out, i...feel that my already yummy burger would have throw it over the top with the addition of that avocado. hopefully they will have some on my next visit.More
This is one of those places you find in the inner city that is a total gem. Very strong menu from tacos to burgers. Good vibe and nice people. I had the burger and fries and they were insanely delicious.
HEG is a good addition to Cedar. Their menu has a wide variety of Mexican options and burgers. As first time visitors, we ordered a variety of food including guacamole and chips, burgers, burritos and fries. There are numerous meals and food choices to choose...from so for someone who enjoys Mexican food, you will have lots to choose from. The steak burrito was very good, generous and the quality of beef clearly came through. Burgers were also good. While there was nothing negative about the guacamole and chips, we had ordered too much and therefore didn’t really appreciate them as much. The low point was the fries, which were not nice at all. They tasted burnt and I suspect they may have been refried. All in all a great experience and I will be beaded back to try more of the menu. One recommendation is to be more generous on the condiments in the food and served on the side.More
