This was just okay. My boyfriend liked the ramen but I didn't like it. I also didn't love the tea I had. I didn't love the taste of the ramen. It had a lot of corn flavor. The fried chicken was good but I wouldn't...mix it into the the ramen. It makes the outside of the chicken really soggy. The chicken is really good if you don't put it directly in the ramen.More

I visited here to try my first US ramen! I tried CHAR-SHU-RAMEN, whose toppings are mainly roasted pork fillet! And I ate fried rice too. About Foods, their menu had a variety of soups, styles, and toppings! The number is more than many Japanese ramen...restaurants. In their CHAR-SHU-RAMEN, which is a popular style also in Japan, there are perfect roasted pork fillet, egg, black fungus, and more in the bowl! Using these characteristic ingredients which are not common in the US is worthy of respect! About the soup, which tastes seasoning mainly, was worse than Japanese ones. I hoped for a deeper soup of pork. The noodle was hard-type and matched with the soup. I’d like to try the other types if they have one. They seem worth a try! And their services were with no trouble. The server who served my table helped me pay billings. It was so helpful for me. Smoothly they served water. I feel like I can ask anything even though I am not good at English. It costs three to four times more than in Japan to eat ramen and fried rice. There are clean and big tables and cool interiors. It is a good restaurant but different from Japanese Ramen restaurants. I can guess it is more comfortable for US people than Japanese ramen restaurants but not so much for me. It is difficult for Japanese and Ramen- lovers to eat good Ramen in the US but Ichiddo serves professional ones! I’d like to try other Ramen soon!More

Titles says it all. When we’re craving ramen, this is the only place we’ll go. There are lots of good ramen restaurants in the Twin Cities, but Ichiddo is easily the best. Gotta try the classic Tonkotsu, and the pork buns are an absolute MUST!...The pork is super tender and the bun is like biting into a cloud!! The staff is friendly and helpful in explaining anything on the menu. Service is always on point too!More

Then I started eating, I felt something weird then I...spitted it out and it turned out to be a PLASTIC!!! I could of swallowed the disguisting plastic!! I tried to email them about it but the email doesnt work!More

We wanted to get some lunch and this was within walking distance of our hotel, we were not disappointed! My partner loves ramen and we left so happy with the experience.

I ordered the short rib appetizer which was a bit fatty but very tasty. I also tried the Gyoza and char siu pork bun. Which were both good. I ordered for my main entree the Char Siu Ramen. I paid $13.95. A bit pricey considering...the small amount of meat in the Ramen. It had wonderful flavors though. A white Zinfandel glass of wine will set you back $5.50 which is pretty reasonable. Atmosphere nice. Service nice.More

Beautiful restaurant. Great service. Amazing menu. Went here on a business trip with two others. We ordered such that we could all share and try out a good portion of the menu. And after eating here the group agreed that since we were in town...for a week we should come back and try it again a second night. Now, that never happened, but we came real close. This place is a winner if you are a fan of real ramen.More

Not worth a dime. I ordered one of the ramen dishes on their menu. What I got was a pound of noodles, about three tiny slices of pork, none of the mushrooms and bean sprouts and other ingredients that's supposed to be in the dish...and a watery miso soup. Not worth trying! There are several Asian restaurants along Eat Street that'll serve honest to goodness delicious and satisfying soup dishes that are so good at this time or year or anytime!More

Price is a little much for what you get, not portions to share. But both our meals were really good and more than enough for 1 person. Pork buns were very good as well. We got it delivered, the noodles were just a touch undercooked....I would no doubt order from here againMore

Great service and atmosphere. But I don't see myself going back. The portions are really small, a bowl of ramen is around $12 and it's comparable to a kid size serving. Same goes for the ramen stir fry, portions are really small and definitely not...shareable.More

I'd been eyeing up this place for a while... What a great place! The decor is nice, the staff was very friendly, and the food was GREAT. My favorite takoyaki in the city! We also had the crispy chicken and char siu ramen, both were...excellent. My husband and I both agreed that we liked the chicken slightly more, though, simply because the chicken was delicious. The food was all reasonably priced as well! Highly recommend.More
