This is a great Mexican restaurant! The portions are very generous -including the margaritas! Food comes quickly and is always hot. The salsa is especially tasty and not too hot. Chips come warm and are home-made. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great, It's...also appreciated that the background music is authentic!More

Mariachis has good Mexican food, reasonably priced. You can enter through the front or the back parking lot entrance. The salsa and chips have a little kick to it. The staff is friendly. The rice is my favorite.

Small and quaint atmosphere. They have excellent food and I have never had a bad meal there. Service and great, along with the chips and salsa.

This is a somewhat of a small restaurant. Our GPS told us to go to the back of it, so in case yours tells you the same, note the entrance is on the Main street. Overall a good experience. Friendly staff and good food.

Kind of a hole in the wall but those places generally have the best food. We both enjoyed our meals and the margaritas were delicious. The salsa that was served with the chips actually had some heat which was a nice change.

My husband and I wanted to dine out to celebrate finally closing on our mortgage refi. Mexican sounded good. Mariachi is a tiny little place. It is arranged to maximize use of floor space for seating, but the booths are wide and comfortable nonetheless. There...is a weekend special of like $2 off a grande margarita. There are many flavors available, like mango, watermelon, etc. I like regular on the rocks. My husband ordered mango. They are huge. Why do I always fall for the special? I would be happier to not get a bargain and order a regular size that I can comfortably finish, but I never learn! The margaritas are bright, unnatural colors and come in a heavy glass. They are delicious. I ordered my favorite, a quesadilla picadillo. This is not on the menu, but I love it. Quesadillas are an appetizer, but they are as big a plate and perfectly meal sized, especially if you indulge in the chips and salsa. Speaking of chips and salsa, I found the chips very disappointing this visit. They are straight from the bag generic chips and they weren't even warm. Taco Bell has better. But the salsa is delicioso! It is smooth and full of cilantro and burns your mouth just a tiny bit. I want to buy a gallon and bring it home.Incidentally, I do think they sell salsa to go. My husband ordered an enchilada and chili relleno combo plate. He enjoyed it. The plate was swimming with sauce, refried beans and rice. The relleno looked tasty in its golden crust, stuffed with cheese and saucy. The people in the booth behind us ordered fajitas. The waitress carried the sizzling platter by and the aroma was enticing. I think I will give them a try next time. :) The one complaint I have is that that waitress was wearing WAY TOO MUCH stinky perfume. Every time she walked by, a cloud would fly up and obscure the taste of the food. Someone should make her stop.More

First time at Mariachi's. Very good Mexican food! What the restaurant is missing in ambience, it definitely make up in flavor! I don't remember the names of the dishes, that my hubby and I ordered, but both were very tasty. Portions are large enough that...we will get a second meal out of it. Oh and very good margaritas too!More

Had a great evening with friends celebrating a birthday. Eat here often. The margaritas always go down well and Love the chips and salsa before hand. I always have the 2 soft shell chicken taco with rice and pinto beans. Always consistently yummy. Others have...the shrimp d'ablo or fajitas and say they are very good. The staff is so friendly and makes the experience seem very homey!! We love bringing friends from out of town because the good is fresh and homemade and doesn't seem corporate chain like. Check out Mariachi's when visiting Marshall!More
