This place is not remarkable in any way except for "Pie Place Pie." Sandwiches and chicken are okay.

Fun little market place with wonderful helpful staff. Gave great recommendations for places to hike. We ate 1 breakfast there and it was really good, sourdough pancakes were awesome. It was a bit spendy but worth it.

The lattes beat any you can get at a chain - hands down! Those and the friendly greeting are a perfect start to the day. And, I ordered pasties to go...authentically delicious!

I think the best way to describe this place is a back woods diner. The restaurant part is small, just 5 tables in the main dining room and a few more outside. It is family run and features a nice selection of hearty chow. We stopped in for breakfast with my wife ordering the breakfast sandwich and me, the Fur... More

An old-time store with fuel and lunch/breakfast that will remind you of a time that is long gone by. The food is all home made and the store is like an old general store .

Eat here twice on my recent fall vacation. The food was great. The hot chocolate sure hit the spot. I had to buy their caramel rolls for later.

We stopped for breakfast before hiking. Everyone (especially Nan), is so friendly and helpful. She was kind enough to give some trail suggestions and the scones she makes are delicious!

Small, eclectic place. Home made pastries were yummy looking and inviting. I had the biscuit and gravy with eggs and hash browns. Husband had the pancakes with bacon. Bacon was thick cut and tasted great. Pancakes were very thick and bland. Tasted ok with syrup, but may be too heavy for some folks. Scrambled Eggs and hash browns were good.... More

What a cute spot for a bite to eat. This place has been here for a long time and what a step back in history. Good coffee, breakfast and a good selection of groceries for a quick stop. I've been there about 5 times in the last 2 years and all I can say is get there early or be... More

When ever I've gone into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area I have always stopped in the Lockport Marketplace and Deli for their sour dough pancakes. The food is good and the woodsy décor is a nice setting for easing back into civilization from a week in a canoe.
