Delicious, healthy, inspiring menu. Pastries baked on site. Love the coffee and reasonably priced refills!

We had an overnight stay in Grand Rapids and found this restaurant. We had dinner. The food was fresh, excellent quality, with several gluten free options for me. Great selection of coffee drinks and baked goods as well. So good, in fact, that we went back in the morning on our way out of town! Worth the stop!

Love this place. Been twice now and both times have been welcomed and had great service and great food. Great place to hang out and the people there will speak to anyone. Coffee is great, treats are good too. The sandwiches looked awesome but have only been in during the morning for coffee, smoothies and sweets.

We stopped for lunch and ordered a couple of sandwiches which were both terrific. If we were residents we could see ourselves spending time there to work or chat. The people were great. The only reason we did not give it a 5 rating was that they forgot to give our order to the cook and only after I inquired... More

Brewed Awakenings is always my first stop when I go to Grand Rapids, MN. I know everything there is going to be fresh, local and organic with amazing quality and flavor. Everything there from their daily homemade soups to fresh brewed coffee is top notch. They have options that most places don't that are friendly for all diet types and... More

We saw their sign as we entered town from the southeast and were ready for a late morning coffee so we stopped and were glad that we did. This is a large, friendly, local coffee shop which has pastries and sandwiches, and gelato. Yes, gelato, 12 flavors. We were warmly greeted upon entering and the service was great, and so... More

Brewed awakenings is a great alternative to the fast food breakfast. They ways have delicious fresh baked goods. I am a sucker for their giant muffins chased by a hot cup of coffee. Certainly a must if you're a health aware individual.

The place to go for coffee on this end of town if you don't have time to go up the hill to Caribou. The coffee and teas are so good as well as the panini and sandwiches. Most everything is organic and free trade. Lots of space to sit and meet friends or sit by the window and watch traffic... More

I ate here with my kids for lunch. The three of us each got a sandwich and a lemonade or Iced tea drink. It came to $35.00! Good but for a cold sandwich on bread, I don't make this a regular stop.
