Great steaks you really can’t go wrong with their fantastic meat selection. The pricing was a bit on the high side however worth every penny. The hash browns we’re over the top good as was the coconut shrimp appetizer. The ambiance was nice however a...bit dark. My rating would have been higher if not for an overly aggressive busboy. Really made us feel rushed and was consistently removing plates before we were finished it was truly odd. I am not sure if it was because I said something the first time it happened but it seemed as if it turned into a game for him. It made me regret dropping over $300 on dinner for my wife, son, and I.More

This was my first visit to Pittsburgh Blue at the Galleria in Edina, MN. The atmosphere was pretty inviting, a little on the darker side. It was a busy Friday night so all tables were full. There were only 2 of us but we were...sat at a booth for 6 which was nice for it's roominess as the 2-top booths were really small. We had the Scallop Benedict appetizer. It was very tasty and rich. My husband enjoyed the garlic rolls too. For the main course I had the scallops and fillet mignon and my husband had the soy miso sea bass. Both entrees were scrumptious. We barely had room, but we shared a creme brulee for dessert. The BlackBerry mojito martini and the Midnight coffee martini were absolutely over the top too. Our server, Sarah, was funny, informative and attentive. She offered her opinion when we asked for her opinion, checked back with us a few times, not too many, and overall enhanced our time there. The restaurant is a higher end place which is obvious but it didn't seem stuffy or pretentious. I'd return again and recommend it to friends and family.More

Our servers, Cindy and Roberto, did a fabulous job going above and beyond. So, they added to a fun and entertaining evening. We will be back again for the filet mignon and mashed potatoes. We’ll skip the Mac n cheese, next time. The creamed spinach...was delicious; better than expected. Gluten-free, airy cheesecake is some of the best!More

Comfortable atmosphere, good service and great food. Stick with the steak and sides, the chicken sandwich and Parmesan fries were not as good of quality as the steak or sides were.

Stopped by at the bar as we wanted a more laid back evening. It was extremely busy but we were able to get a spot at the bar. Bar selection (beers, cocktails) is wonderful. Bar Menu is pretty extensive. Ordered the oysters and they were...delicious. We opted for the Nachos something I love but my husband wasn't excited until he tried them. We both agreed these were outstanding. We really want to go back and tried a few more items from the bar. Their Happy Hour prices are excellent.More

Being from Chicago I may be spoiled, but it was ok. Claim on the steaks is that they are “aged”. Did not taste like it at all. No explanation on dry or wet aged so not sure where they are getting that. My app was...cold, the medium steak was rare and the mushroom side was huge for one, but undercooked. Service was decent. The look of the place was great.More

Perhaps I should have not ordered stuffed shrimp at a steakhouse, but I didn't feel like steak. For the bucks I thought I would get a decent meal, but I didn't. The French onion soup was okay as was the pile of hashbrowns. Everyone else...cleaned their plates of steak. I thought it was overpriced and not very good. (I submitted a similar review by mistake when Trip Advisor for some reason started a new account for me and I did not spot it.)More

I made a mistake of order stuffed shrimp at what is essentially a steakhouse. It was rubbery and the stuffing was bland. I was not impressed. The French onion soup was pretty good. The giant pile of hashbrowns was okay. The rest of the family...had various forms of steak and cleaned their plates, so I should have broken down and ordered steak. But you would think an expensive place like this could do a decent job with shrimp.More

We have dined here several times previously. The menu is varied and offers many options on portions and price. The seating is very comfortable, and the service is attentive and very pleasant. You can order anything from a Sand which to a Wagyu steak..the sides...are a little much. The hash browns are good, but require a football team to finish. At $13.00 for a potato it seems over the top, but they sell a ton of these. Overall the place is not too noisy, you can gave a conversation. The booths are comfortable and roomy. It is located in Galleria Mall so parking isn’t an issue. We will return again in the near future.More
