I visited the one in MSP airport terminal 2. Good food, friendly prompt service, decent beer selection.

I love Barrio and have eaten at all their locations. Tonight we received exceptional service from Scott R at the bar. Great service with a smile, quick with the drinks follow up on order and making sure we were completely happy guests. Small plates are the way to go here, good happy hour and love the Macho Camacho tequila margarita.... More

If you are looking for a big plate of enchiladas swimming in sauce with rice and beans on the side, this is not your place. The food at Barrio consists of inventive versions of Mexican favorites in small portions. The exception is the guacamole which is fairly traditional and nothing special. Most dishes were Minnesota Mild with the exception of... More

We have been there a few times for Happy Hour. The margaritas are great & the happy hour menu is wonderful. We had a potato appetizer - I don't remember the name of it - but it was well worth it. Also - I had a fish taco and a chicken taco - there are four or five different small... More

The food is ok but not amazing. I would prefer to go here for guac and margaritas :). Small boring patio for summer. Better patios at the neighboring restaurants.

It is not cheap, $5 may seem like a lot for one small taco, but it was delicious. The chicken entree was one of the best chicken dishes I have ever had, ever.

Our first visit to Cocina del Barrio was a hit! The service was prompt, helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, as were the tequilas. Highly impressed! I don't know why we waited so long to try this hotspot but we will be back again soon.

Enjoyed a variety of small plates at the reduced happy hour price. It was fun to order a few for the whole table and share. The drinks were okay.

Salsas are poor, food in general is for gringos; nothing authentic Mexican here. 50th & France prices. Try it if in the area no reason for a special trip.

This restaurant recently opened at the shops at 50th and France. It is a sister restaurant of Barrio Tequila Bars in downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. It is very trendy and quite good!
