Mother's day take and heat brunch was fantastic! Every one of the menu items was delicious! Items were packaged and labeled so well it was very easy to finish the preparation at home. We LOVED the fire roasted creamed corn! Very well done! What a nice treat for Mother's Day. We would love to be able to get something like this for regular Sunday dinners!

Tavern 4&5 in Eden Prairie, MN is a gem. The classic pub fare menu is diverse and we have never been disappointed. Our favorites are their signature fish & chips, chicken pot pie, healthy bowls and the occasional burger. We decided to splurge and treat ourselves to the Christmas Dinner to go and they knocked it out of the park. We’re already planning to order again for Christmas 2021.

After a short 5 minute wait to be seated on a busy day, we were attended to quickly; something I appreciate given the staffing shortages for many restaurants. Our orders of Juicy Lucy and the Grilled Salmon Healthy Bowl were fantastic. GM made sure to stop at each table and ask about food/service before we left. We'll be back!

Disappointed that our family dinner was cut short by the 75 minute/ table limit.We weren't told this when we made the reservation. The dessert plate was literally taken from me as I took the last bite of cake...
someone else has a reservation for this table. ..
Not a good feeling. Food was good, but I took some home because there wasn't enough time to finish.
Did not feel like the management values the customers and did feel they wanted to rush as many people through as possible.
1 st visit here.

Went for lunch recently. The dining room is large and there was plenty of available seating. We were seated promptly and our waiter approached us for drink orders. At first, he was very friendly, chatting us up about this, that, and the other thing.
When we all ordered water his disposition changed radically. He took our food order without so much as a "thank you" and some other server brought our food. When we were finished, he tossed the bill on the table as he was rushing past our table on the way to somewhere else.
Needless to say, but I will anyway, our choice not to drink alcohol ruined his day. His response certainly put a cloud over our lunch experience.
As for the food, on our nasty waiter's recommendation, one of our party ordered a Reuben and was not disappointed.
I ordered the Tavern's take on the Juicy Lucy: Boursin Juicy, a blend of boursin four other (unidentified) cheese, and caramelized onion on a pretzel bun.
Unlike the Jucy Lucy at Matt's Bar, arguably the home of the Juicy Lucy where the hot cheese is properly encased by the meat, the Tavern's Juicy Lucy's cheese was leaking out of the burger, making a gooey mess on the plate. The best part of the dish is the pretzel bun: It's hardy enough to absorb the melted cheese and fat without falling apart.
The Tavern appeared to have a lot of "regulars" enjoying lunch. If you're in the neighborhood, it's probably a great place to hang. For us, good food and good service matter. One without the other is a deal breaker.

Went there, because of all the great views decided to order the king cut prime rib. It was more like a thin, sliced 6 ounce top sirloin would definitely stay far away from the prime rib. The rest of the food was decent, but for 40 bucks each on the prime rib was a rip off. 0 star review.

We stopped in without a reservation and the hostess was able to get us in if we could finish within an hour. We were greeted by Cierra and she took our orders.
My friend had the Stanahan’s Flight of whiskeys, I ordered an appetizer of deviled eggs, and we both ordered the Garlic Smash Burger.
The Deviled Eggs had something different that the standard yolk, mustard, and paprika in them that game them a unique and pleasant flavor. The chives along with some extra salt made them outstanding.
The burger was big and juicy and accompanied by cucumber slices that were lightly pickled. The flavor of the burger on its own was more than enough reason to make this a great recommendation but everything played a part.
The staff including Cierra were wonderful while the place was busy on a Saturday evening, and we made it out of there in plenty of time for their reservation to arrive.

Someone posted about the chicken pot pie - to not order it because it had a bread top and was not good. Love chicken pot pie and did not want to take her word for what was a bad review. First off, it is not a bread topping, it is puffed pastry which many restaurants are choosing to use instead of a pie type crust. It was delicious and I loved every bite. Husband had the reuben and that was excellent. This was our first time there and we will be back!

I had brunch here on a Saturday with a friend who was in town for work. He had eaten lunch there the previous day and enjoyed his reuben sandwich. Fortunately we made a reservation as it was packed, but we were seated early. Our server was excellent and our food arrived very quickly. My friend ordered the fish and chips (with walleye) and thought it was good, but not as good as the walleye he had the night before at another restaurant. He didn't finish his meal. I had the prime rib hash, and again it was good, but not spectacular. It was bland enough that I loaded it up with pepper and salt. I did clean my plate. The prices were very reasonable.
So I am basing my review on my friend's experience the day before (4 stars) and our experience (3 stars). Maybe we just chose the wrong meals.

Been in a few times for lunch (always packed) but not much for dinner. Monday night was 100% full at 630pm! Service was a bit slow but not bad. All the food was good at fair pricing. Somewhat of a bar scene for the younger crowd. Always a good meal.

We had reservations at 6:45 and were seated promptly.
Excellent service by Delaney in a busy restaurant!
My husband had the had the truffle burger and gouda hashbrowns and really enjoyed them. 2 of us had the chicken pot pie. LOVED it! Very good flavors in the sauce and pretty puff pastry on top! Our other friend had the pizza, added mushrooms as well and really enjoyed it!
Our first time eating here. We will defiantly be back!

We had lunch here today. 1st time customers at this establishment and we were not disappointed. This place has one of the best menu’s I’ve seen in a while. So many choices. We were all very happy with our meals which were very generous. The service was outstanding. I didn’t get the waitresses name but she had a small ring in her lip. She was the best. You can’t go wrong here, simply the best the Twin Cities has to offer.

Met a friend who highly recommended this place to meet and have breakfast. It was outstanding. The all American was perfect, the gouda hash browns were unique and perfect. The place has a cool ambiance. Staff treated us like family.

Service was fast and friendly even on a busy Friday evening. Lost to chose from and large bar. Highly fish and chips - among the best I’ve had in the US or UK. Casual and good place for families. If you’re looking for a quiet place this isn’t it, bit atmosphere very nice. Would come here again.

This is a vibrant, fun place with wonderful food and service--at an affordable price. The Tavern Old Fashioned is an excellent cocktail, the sweet chili cauliflower is delightful, and the boursin juicy lucy is excellent. We'll be back. (Reserve a booth well in advance, as it's very crowded and hard to get reservations.
