Today was our first time to this restaurant chain. Weren't sure what to get, the worker at the register was very helpful, answered questions and offered suggestions. I was a little shocked by that pricing and that you purchased everything separately and not in a "meal" so it seemed pretty expensive. After ordering, used restroom, it was out of all... More

The burgers are okay - sort of a higher end fast food joint. The biggest issue is the over-salted French fries. They were so salty, I couldn't eat them. Why not leave the salt off and let people salt them if they want to?

I love that you can order the toppings for your burger, but the portions on the fries seem to have shrunk and the prices have increased! Ordered a regular burger, he burger and 1 small fry. This came to almost $22.00 and there are better burgers for the price locally.

Enjoyed the burger and fries but the loud music drove us nuts. If they are trying to rush people through the place that is the way to do it.

Good burgers for sure, but am not sure the value is there for what you pay. Didn't care much that it took so long, and it was a difficult environment to wait in (Dirty floors, loud, etc.). Next time will probably sit in at one of the neighboring sit-down restaurants.

The $5 burger really isn't an option anymore, but one can still get a filling meal (burger/fries/drink) for less than $12. Staff is always friendly, food is always repeatably tasty. Kids love it, especially the fries.

First time I have ever been and will go back. The burgers were big and juicy, the fries wee were able to share. Likes being able to sit outside and get out of the mall.

We used to really love Five Guys (Duluth - Hermantown location). The past couple times we've gone, it's been a disappointment. Our medium fries were jokes (For $3.50, I expect AT LEAST enough fries for a single person to enjoy with their burger). After the second time this happened at the Duluth location, we mentioned it at the store and... More

My immediate and extended family were regulars at the Duluth Five Guys in their early days. Their burgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries a cornucopia of crispy, salty, potatoey goodness. The atmosphere was fun, reminiscent of a diner with peppy music, checkered tile, and cozy (if not cramped) tables. Every trip to Five Guys was a pilgrimage of sorts.... More

I usually love Two Guys but this one seemed a little sub par. The burger patties seemed like they were smaller and not as thick as the Two Guys burgers I've had. Tried the Cajun fries for the first time, not impressed and won't order again (just my taste preference). If you are looking for their peanuts, they are on... More
