Taste of Saigon has been around for years and is well known for their good food and extremely reasonable prices. It is family run and the staff are very friendly. My favorite is chicken fried rice which is enough for two.

Good egg rolls. High rating for the beef in garlic sauce and the beef and potatoes. (The beef and potatoes were different than I had ever tasted in the numerous Vietnamese restaurants I have visited, and I was pleasantly surprised. The potatoes were not deep fried potato chip style and the sauce was a little sweet. Very nice.)

The servers were friendly, the food was hot in temperature. The food itself had no flavor. NONE! I had the lemon chicken (3B) my husband had (4B) Pork. We do know what Vietnamese cooking is and what it should taste like. The thickener was just that, a cornstarch gravy with no flavor. We were so disappointed. We love Duluth and... More

We had 2 younger grandchildren with us so tried to find a place with food they would like. This place was a hit for all of us. I ordered the Curry Chicken with Coconut milk. It was a bit spicy but not too much. Would definitely go again - brought home enough food for another meal in our hotel tomorrow!

We got take out and I asked for a spicy dish. One of the dishes was a little spicy but there was no real flavor, we needed soy sauce to get minimal flavor on the food, disappointing.

Try and eat there anytime I am in Duluth. Been going there for 20+ years. It is fresh and fast and not bland Chinese. (Yes, I know it's Vietnamese.)

Fast service (must have vegies pre-cooked slightly, then heated), so delicious. I don't have a favorite as all the dishes taste great. The pho soup is excellent...hearty and fresh. Wait staff are always pleasant and efficient. Only suggestions...the pho is so great because of the fresh vegies (bean sprouts, onion, cilantro, lime) along with the cooked noodles. Why not offer... I wanted to try authentic VietNamese cuisine and this did not disappoint. The pho with chicken has a delicate, fresh flavor, best without adding hoisin or other strong flavors. Large bowl so be hungry.

The first evening we had in Duluth we checked in and headed to Taste of Saigon for their Pho Soup. We had been thinking about this Pho since we booked our trip to Duluth. It was one of the main reasons we came to Duluth! It was so fresh and tasty. The staff were noting but friendly and were really... More
