One of our favorite restaurants in Duluth! My husband had the lobster filled ravioli with the jumbo shrimp, and I had the Alaskan King salmon. Both were excellent!! They are 2 of the higher priced items on the menu, but they were so worth it. Definitely will go back.

The food was okay, its like an average Italian restaurant with a large wine collection. Service was exceptionally good food was Blant. It seems to miss the flavor. The ambience is great i wished the food matched hyped up price.

We stopped here without a reservation and we were able to be seated very quickly. The wait staff were very attentive and willing to answer any question. My husband had the Italian Sausage Risotto and I had the Chicken Alla Milanese. The Risotto was creamy with just the right amount of spices and sausage. The Chicken Alla Milanese with lemon... More

From out of town and like to try local restuarants, instead of chain restaurants that I can eat at home. This did not disappoint. If you like wine, they have a very large wine list. I enjoyed a red wine "flight". I got to try samples of 4 different varieties. Out of the samples I order a full glass of... More

The men had a rack of lamb which was huge- they liked it. I had a taste of the potatoes that came with it and they were so tasty and flavorful. I enjoyed the eggplant appetizer as my meal; it was small but seriously good! I do not recommend the Strawberry Fields martini. :-(

Really nice place with good food. They have a large wine list and great ambience, you might want to make reservations. They do have parking or a short walk from most canal park motels. A little more expensive but worth it for in my opinion.

We stopped here for Dinner on a very busy Friday evening. Even so, the wait staff was prompt and our dinners arrived in timely fashion. We love Italian food, and we were not disappointed in our choices (Pasta alla Arrabbiata with Italian Sausage & Bolognese alla Bellisio.) We would definitely stop here again.

Two of us shared the Mussels Marinara and a Tuscan Salad and that made a great light dinner. We ate outside and would highly recommend that on a nice day.

We arrived rather late in the day and our hotel staff recommended this place as being close by and having excellent food. They were right on both counts. Appetizers are huge.Main entrees are easily shared for two as well. Sauces are fantastic and table service, including wine recommendations, beyond compare. We really enjoyed the atmosphere as well.

We stopped here for lunch and had delicious paninis on the outdoor patio. The sandwich was served with a salad or fries. As Bellisio's is located on a busy corner on the canal park area, it's a great place to sit and people watch. It is also a wine bar and has an impressive wine list . Great service!

Description
Classic Italian dinning and Wine Spectator award winner since 1999
Bellisio’s restaurant conjures up images of highly skilled chefs, fine wines, superb service, and fresh Italian food. And while all this is most certainly true, one must not forget that Bellisio’s is above all an experience. An exceptional dining experience, to be precise, but one that takes place in a casual atmosphere reminiscent of the quaint eateries and wine bars of the Italian countryside. And no wonder. The experience is fashioned after the small village of Bellisio, Italy, home to the owner’s ancestry. Imported direct from Italy are the beauty, comfort, romance, and glorious recipes. Specialty dishes include perfectly prepared pasta dishes using the finest imported and local ingredients; fennel roasted rack of pork; homemade risotto dishes; grilled steaks; shrimp; seafood; and a fresh catch feature every day. All served with a world class wine menu to match. Bellisio’s has received Wine Spectator’s prestigious “Best of Award of Excellence” every year since we opened in 1999. It’s a simple, colorful, elegant, and exceptional dining experience.
