Had the salmon dinner. The salmon was cooked to perfection, most places over Cook the fish. Service was great, loved all the old signs.

I arrived at Grandma's last night after spending over 3 hours with my grandchildren at Bentleyville. We were cold and exhausted. There was a 25 minute wait and a hostess suggested we seat ourselves in the upstairs area and assured me that they had a children's menu. This would provide faster service. We found a table on the 2nd floor... More

The food was good and not over-prices with a good selection. The place is interesting and our daughter really liked it. Our waitress was good and we got in and out quickly.

This is the first 1 star rating I have ever given, but please read on if you feel I missed something worth ever returning for. We stopped for an early dinner this evening before heading out of town. There was a wait downstairs so we opted to sit upstairs where we were told the menu was "smaller", but we were... More

Our family eats here every time we come to Duluth. I love the decorations-vintage feel. I ordered the wild rice burger (unique and delicious) and sit it with my husband. Daughters had chicken tetrazzini and burger, and son had double bacon cheese burger. Everyone was happy. We all shared amaretto cheesecake and chocolate cake. There's a chocolate counter and we... It once was if you go to Duluth you need to go to Grandma's. But now I say skip it... a lot better food out there for less money. Service was slow and order was incorrect, and it wasn't busy. Last two times there have been majorly disappointed.

Went to watch Vikings game at Grandma's, upstairs bar. This is a place we have been a few times in the past. Atmosphere, ok needs some updates, especially the bathrooms!!!! Food, good. Did not seem to be a big game day bar but overall....we will go again.

I had fond memories of Grandma's from 20 years ago and my wife and I had a great meal here 6 years ago, so we figured we'd have to hit Grandma's again. We started with the Sesame Ginger Green Beans. While they were good, they were not very warm I had the Chicken tetrazini over wild rice. The chicken was... More

Since 1976 Grandma’s Saloon & Grill has been a casual but lively adventure to the past where value and customer service are at the center of everything we do. You’re surrounded by authentic antiques, collectibles, and an eager staff ready and willing to please. The award winning food includes overstuffed sandwiches and burgers; USDA choice steaks; house specialty pasta and wild rice dishes; appetizers include nationally recognized homemade onion rings, chicken wings, and stuffed mushrooms. It’s an eyeful as well as a mouthful. The legacy of customer satisfaction has been handed down by the Italian immigrant who started it all, “Grandma” Rosa Brochi. Everything she did in her early boarding house business included “100% customer satisfaction,” words that we still live by today. Grandma’s Saloon & Grill is real history, real antiques, real service, and really good food! A dining experience of legendary indulgence. The original Grandma’s Saloon & Grill is located at the foot of the historic Aerial Lift Bridge, at the tip of Lake Superior. Seasonal deck dining and the new rooftop lounge includes this spectacular view.
