Had breakfast there one morning during my vacation there in Duluth. The waiter was super nice and my husband and I sat outside the restaurant. Service was fast and waiter checked back on us multiple times. The food was all organic and fresh baked bread. A little spendy, but worth it for the quality of food served. Would definitely go... The sandwiches were delicious but a bit overpriced. The place was very busy and the service just ok. The employees were running around almost trampling each other and it was a weekday. I would hate to see this place on a weekend.

It's 7am on a Sunday morning and you're looking for a great spot for breakfast? Head to Amazing Grace in Canal Park! At that time of morning your options are pretty limited but you can't go wrong by visiting Amazing Grace. My wife and I stopped in here and really enjoyed the meal. We usually eat lighter on vacation so... More

We stopped here for breakfast, waited for at least 15" and no one ever came to wait on us. They weren't even that busy...not a good first impression of Duluth!

We didn't go for a meal, however once we got there, I wish we would have! Everything looked great! The reason we went there is because they have gluten free baked goods which we were looking for. They had many gluten free bakery options from lemon/coconut bars to fudge cookies to muffins. We picked up a few things for our... More

We had breakfast here yesterday in Duluth. It's a cozy yet busy looking decor. The food was quite good. Hubs had the breakfast burrito which was plenty of food for him. I had the sausage omelette with hash browns and toast. The omelette was a little runny but flavorful. I couldn't finish mine as the portions are large. Hubs had... More

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast before doing the tourist thing in Canal Park. We sat in a little corner cove and it was so cozy. We both had omelets and they were so fresh and flavorful. It's also a bakery so it smelled wonderful in there. Highly recommend.

Sandwiches, soups, and bakery, all well-prepared. Ordering is a little chaotic, and the tables are close-packed, but the service is helpful and accommodating. Vegetarian-friendly. There is an elevator inside the building for those who need it to reach the lower level where the cafe is.

This is an extremely popular restaurant with a funky Minnesota-casual vibe and quality ingredients. We managed to have both breakfast and lunch here over the course of a weekend. While breakfast was packed with happy people dining, ordering pastry, and drinking mugs of coffee while waiting for a table, of the two, I would recommend lunch - with its order... More

The bread was fresh and wonderful, and I was able to get a veggie sandwich with wonderful cranberry mayo, and the wild rice soup was awesome. The atmosphere was quirky in an artsy fartsy way. We liked it so much that we went there two days in a row.

Description
Everything from our award winning breads to our crisp golden hash browns are made from scratch daily. Whether it's muffins for your morning meeting or a cake for your wedding, the Amazing Grace Bakery and Cafe is gladly here to serve you. We have always seen the need for locally conscious and globally friendly businesses. That's why we also specialize in local eggs from Promised Land Farms, local honey from the Bar Bell Bee Ranch, fresh local beer from the Bent Paddle Brewing Company, beans from local roasters Alakef, local syrup from Simple Gifts, all of our to go containers and utensils are compostable, and we also compost all of our food and coffee waste. This bakery that added a coffee shop that started making sandwiches that started making breakfast all in the same spot has been locally owned and operated since its inception, 1995. Built on one iconic saying from our late founder, "be kind, be brave, don't eat bad bread", the Amazing Grace has held true to those ideals for nearly two decades and will for many more to come.
