Went the the restaurant (now on 1st St.). Quiet clean surroundings. They make the best beef padtai anywhere. Customer friendly, great weekday buffet. Worth going back again and again

Food is great, quick service, and they are always polite and friendly. Expect staff to learn your name and greet you accordingly if you are a regular, for they care and respect for their customers above all, expect the quality of the food, which go hand-in-hand.

We tried three different dishes and the soup, and were delighted with the flavor, texture and degree of heat we wanted in each. This restaurant is steps away from the Holiday Inn downtown, but a block off the main street, so traffic was light and we were able to be seated immediately. The chef/owner came to visit with us after... More

We went for lunch a week ago, while in Duluth on business. A friend recommended the buffet, so that is the way we went. There were several selections, but I wouldn't say abundant. Having been to Thailand multiple times, and quite familiar with the food... the flavors were authentic in many ways. Although the buffet clearly had some Americanized items... More

About one block off Superior Street (the main drag) in Duluth. All-you-can-eat buffet during the week. Very friendly and courteous service. Lots of flavors to experiment with. Quiet. Simple. This will be a go-to place for me.

My husband and I went here for a wonderful dinner the night before an early morning flight. Not only was the food outstanding the atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting. We started the meal off with lovely spring rolls that were cooked to perfection. They had many vegetarian options and my tofu curry was just right. My husband... More

Rather than getting a menu with virtually everything in the world, you get a normal restaurant menu with apparently, what they like to cook. I don't know about parking; I think it would be on the street. However I walked and you better be in shape to walk the hills in Duluth. I had Chicken Satay for an appetizer and... More

I love the food and often order the vegetable delight! Loaded with tons of fresh veggies and with a side of egg rolls you can't go wrong! It does also serve wine and beer if desired! You can also do takeout or delivery!

My wife and here went here for a quiet anniversary dinner on St. Pat's day, admittedly with limited choices in Duluth. We'd eaten at the previous incarnation, Thai Krathong a number of years ago and Sala Thai is operated by one of the former owners in the same location. The spring rolls were good and fresh with a spicy peanut... More
