Wow this place is awesome! We loved it so much during our stay that we went back twice in two days back to back. My husband loved the meatball sandwich and I highly recomend the lasagne. Their food is flavorful and it has plenty of sauce. We also enjoyed their amazing homemade bread/utter and the calamari too. We would highly... More

We ate here on a Tuesday evening. We enjoyed the steak and mushroom Alfredo and Italian light. The food was superb, our server friendly and helpful. Yes we will be back!

Four patrons; two options of where to sit: 1) in a comfortable booth on the side of the bar or the back dining room. We chose the booth - good choice! Went on a Sunday - not too busy; good choice! Server: very attentive lady who was knowledgable and friendly! Score 10/10!! We had three different entrees and a salad... More

I'm of Italian decent and had my share of grandma's homemade Italian meat balls and sauce. This was just as good (maybe better). Wonderful red pasta sauce. I had the combo meat and pasta. You get to choose your pasta. I selected the lasagna. Our whole family enjoyed their meals. The home made sausage was perfect-just the right amount of... More

My first impression was exactly great. You basically walk into a bar that has a dining room off to the side and outside seating is also available. It is a little bit dark. On the positive side. The servers were very friendly. I had their Italian Marsala. I usually judge an Italian restaurant on how they execute this meal.. This... More

Granted the season is just starting, but the service was a bit slow and not exactly without errors. Cool soup and missing items were noted at our table. The quantity is ample, but the quality could be better.

Although my family has had a place up here since the 1950s, and I've been coming all my life, I only recently discovered Maucieri's. The pasta, to my surprise, is fantastic. Good salads too. I don't love the decor and obviously there is no view, but they make really tasty food.

My dining companion had the Fettuccine Alfredo and liked it alot. I had the lasagna and it was very good. The restaurant is pretty noisy in the dining room area, but probably quieter than the bar area. Seems like it is primarily a bar with a side restaurant. If you are looking for Italian food in the Brainerd lakes area,... More

Got recommended this place as the past was award winning. I can see why. We had soup to start... brilliant chunky.. chicken and veggy soup then the pasta shells (meaty, chessy... just bang on !!)

My husband and I went over the weekend for a late lunch and it was so good! They had a lunch spaghetti special with either Italian sausage or meatballs for $5.99. I had their Porketta sandwich. I make a delicious homemade Porketta and theres was outstanding, spicey with small veggies, absolutely crazy delicious. A couple Peroni's and we were good... More
