We eat here about once a month, always on Tuesdays for their 2 for 1 margarita special. Portions are a good size and the food is good. I did notice that the chips are now thicker and not as good as they used to be, but otherwise we have no complaints except that we always have that stuffed feeling when... More

This is one of our "go to places" for a good mexican meal. The Happy Hour is awesome, the chips, salsa and queso are awesome. Our favorite are the Chimichanga's (ground beef) with the green sauce or with caso blanca. Another favorite is the Pollo Fundido.

Have eaten here many times. The food is good as is the service. The slushy margarita from the machine seemed a bit watered down. On our recent trip we noticed a change in the complimentary chips. The chips were always thin and warm and fresh. This last time they were time they were thick and cold. Definitely did not seem... More

The Heavy Table summed it up perfectly "La Casita is a portrait hidden in the attic of an eternally young Chi-Chi's." There's a snack buffet available at the bar during happy hour and big margaritas, like you'd expect. Consider the carne asada, but ask them to hold the bacon.

Great food - not sure how "authentic" it is, but still tasty! Margaritas are decent - but no need to spend more money on the fancy ones, as the house margarita is just fine. $1 Tacos on Wednesday after 7pm can't be beat! Tons of meat and toppings for only a buck! Fun, friendly atmosphere, great for families, couples, everyone!

There are a lot of Mexican restaurants of this sort [ Mexican food for Americans]and price range, having said that the food here was very well prepared and quite tasty, portion size was large and the service was quick and our server was exceptionally friendly. I would not hesitate eating here again or recommending it to friends.

I used to come to this restaurant and it has usually been ok. Today went there and all of us were disappointed in the food. The rice was dry and flavorless. The tamale was too thick of dough and filling not good. Salad taco shells didnt taste fresh. The only thing I liked were the refried beans and my diet... More

It's an attractive, clean place with above average food and pricing. A very good place to sit with friends after work for food and drinks.
