Stopped next door at the Warming House for ice cream and ran next door for fried fish and fries. Both were fantastic! Plan your trip to stop in here!

Our friends have been eating here for many years, so it was a natural choice to eat at Gordy's HI Hat. I had a deluxe bacon burger but I don't think I'd have that again. Cumbersome to eat with the thick slice of tomato. The fried fish looked like a sizable portion. Next time I'm in the area I'm going... More

The food is simple, old-fashioned, and good. It's expensive but somehow it seems worth it. Double bacon cheeseburger is recommended.

My wife and I stopped by Gordy's In because of the outstanding reviews. We ordered a California burger combo and a fish dinner with a side of fries. We dug into the onion rings first but we were both disappointed with the quality. The tasted like store bough ten rings to the both of us. I thought the California burger... More

The burgers were REALLY good and reasonably priced. The service was fast, and the owner (presumably) thanked us on our way out the door. My husband and I were both impressed.

Don't be fooled by the long lines, the wait isn't that bad. Service is fast, we ordered our food and didn't wait more than 8 minutes. The quality is just the same before they were shown on Triple D, and very cheap!

We arrived at 1pm Sunday, and there were about 30 people in line in front of us. The line moved fast, but I'm not sure we will go out of our way to visit again. The food was good, but I was expecting better for the line and the cost. Burgers were good, but the cheese curds were not hot... More

We always stop at Gordy's when were are visiting northern Minnesota. Gordy's is a unique special place that has character. Everyone that is eating there is smiling and having a great time. The food is top notch diner quality. We had very flavorful burgers, down home chili, a giant fish sandwich and excellent onion rings. The order takers are friendly... More

The food is so good. We love there shakes. Fish burgers, chili, french fries, Ice Cream in many flavors. The restaurant has that 50's style. If you are lucky and eat there you may see vintage cars there. This restaurant is a treat for everyone. Love it.

My boyfriend and I stopped here on a Friday evening on our way to Orr, MN. It felt like the perfect place to enjoy a meal on a summer evening. The menu is extensive and it's all on a board behind the counter. I should have taken the time to read it and make a choice before I stepped up... More
