Great place to go after work. Buffet is great and I really enjoy the trumpet playing on Wednesday nights. Very fancy and fun place especially for a suburb. Salsa dancing is fun on Saturday nights also.

Not being from Minnesota, we consulted with our future daughter-in-law regarding a venue for the rehearsal dinner. She suggested this restaurant, one of her favorites. I worked with the gracious owner, Jamal, who went above and beyond to make our evening perfect. We chose a family style meal including appetizers and dessert for 35 people and it was a huge... More

The high ceiling and large open space filled with an unusual collection of design elements--multiple tv monitors behind the bar on one side, a row of bar stools, a row of high-top tables, a small stage for a belly dancer, and more traditional restaurant tables, together with loud background music suited for a belly dancer, create a unusual, if not... I eat at Med Cruise Cafe frequently for lunch and I can't wait for a colleague says, "Let's go to Med Cruise for lunch"! The buffet has plenty of options, good meats and vegetables, salads, the best hummus in the world, and even a dessert bar. If you're watching your weight, it's easy to find lots of low cal food... Eating at Mediterranean Cruise Cafe is experiencing the same wonderful food I enjoyed in Israel. The buffet is beautiful, fresh, always stocked, most of all the flavor of everything is wonderful. Totally mediterranean in our midst. The price is reasonable and the service is friendly. On every occasion, the owners are waiting on tables and making sure the customers are... More

Our party of 6 were almost late for our venue across the street at the Ames Center. PLUS they put a tip on our bill that we could not argue. Never again

Oh shoot! shake that booty ma, now eat it like a gypsy? Wait, what!? Ok, so maybe gypsy's are more about the hips swinging and belly rolling than they are the eating. But, at the Mediterranean Cruise Cafe, not only will you get a chance to enjoy some amazing food, they also have a belly dancer, just no Savage playing... More

Stopped by for their lunch buffet, and I was not disappointed. The service from the staff was excellent and they were very friendly. There was a wide variety of items on the menu and the food was fresh and delicious. I have recommended several of my friends to this restaurant and none of them have been disappointed.

Loud live trumpet music indoors (my ears hurt just walking through the restaurant!)drove me outdoors to their patio to escape the racket. The flaming cheese was a rip-off. Tasteless and boring at $9.00! Don't bother. My Greek Salad did not look or taste like any Greek salad I have ever had, and that is NOT a compliment. It was awful.... More

My brother and his wife took us here, and they gave us no clue as to what this restaurant was about, so I was very surprised to see Middle Eastern decor and menu. That shows how small-minded I am! When I hear Mediterranean, I think Italy, Greece, Sicily, Southern France, Spain. I was totally discounting the Middle East and Africa!... More
