Oh shoot! shake that booty ma, now eat it like a gypsy? Wait, what!? Ok, so maybe gypsy's are more about the hips swinging and belly rolling than they are the eating. But, at the Mediterranean Cruise Cafe, not only will you get a chance to enjoy some amazing food, they also have a belly dancer, just no Savage playing... More

Stopped by for their lunch buffet, and I was not disappointed. The service from the staff was excellent and they were very friendly. There was a wide variety of items on the menu and the food was fresh and delicious. I have recommended several of my friends to this restaurant and none of them have been disappointed.

Loud live trumpet music indoors (my ears hurt just walking through the restaurant!)drove me outdoors to their patio to escape the racket. The flaming cheese was a rip-off. Tasteless and boring at $9.00! Don't bother. My Greek Salad did not look or taste like any Greek salad I have ever had, and that is NOT a compliment. It was awful.... More

My brother and his wife took us here, and they gave us no clue as to what this restaurant was about, so I was very surprised to see Middle Eastern decor and menu. That shows how small-minded I am! When I hear Mediterranean, I think Italy, Greece, Sicily, Southern France, Spain. I was totally discounting the Middle East and Africa!... More

We stopped in for drinks. Service was very slow even though it was no busy. We decided to stay for dinner. The service got even slower to a point that we called over the server. He was rude and essentially told us that if we were in a rush we could just leave. We had plans to return a day... More

I joined a co-worker and went to MCC for the lunch buffet. It is a complete buffet including salad, fresh fruit, gyros, gyro stir fry, pizza, soup, baklava, rice, desserts, etc. overall, everything we tasty and warm. If there was a dark cloud on the experience, it was the waiter. He was very inattentive, and my friend never got his... More

Mediterranean Cruise is an occasional destination for us when we're in the Southern Twin Cities area. Located just a few blocks of Interstate 35-W on Nicollet Avenue in Burnsville, MN, it is both convenient and a nice change of pace. We visited again yesterday (May 4, 2016). AMBIANCE: Mediterranean Cruise is large--vast, almost. It is basically one huge room with... More

Loud, busy Saturday 6 pm. We booked reservation online. Had email and phone cal confirmation. Requested table near entertainment and were sat right next to stage. Parking was difficult because of busy entertainment locations next door. We were sat immediately. Service was friendly and efficient. Menu? Seemed larger than neccessary when reading descriptions, some items were similar, confusing. Food was... More

The only reason they don't get a 5 is the service is often a little sketchy. Not rude, just seems to be understaffed at peak dining hours. Huge selection of Greek dishes plus steaks, seafood, pasta and burgers The belly dancing can be entertaining but for me the music is a bit loud

This Mediterranean restaurant is worth the trip. The ambience is authentic, clean, and vibrant. The food is incredible. I had shawarma and my husband had the lamb experience. Waz was attentive and informative. We would definitely come again next time we are in the Twin Cities.
