Great Food! Very busy in a Thursday for lunch. Lots of great authentic Vietnamese choices. I will dine there again

The food here is so awesome. Pho is great and so is the large size egg rolls. The egg crepe and the broken rice pork meal make my mouth water just writing this.

Was there 2x within a few days with 2 big groups. Food was consistently fresh and well-prepared. Clean & friendly service. Would recommend.

My fiance and I came here for Sunday brunch and as soon as we entered, a pleasant aroma of noodle soup wafted in the air that made us even hungrier. The interior is pretty basic but the food is delish!! We ordered pork wonton and...noodles soup , hot and spicy chicken and 1 veitnamese cold coffee. The cold coffee was very strong and sweet and we ended up ordering one more. That sunday afternoon we found another local restaurant that we could add to list of our fav resturants.More

Food in our carryout didn’t come close to photos. Ordered two different spring roll types but received same in order. Hot and spicy chicken flavor was good but sauce was watery and apart from a few onions, replete of any veggies.

Hadn't had a Bahn Mi in forever, searched on local restaurants, didn't even know they were here! (Only live 5 minutes away). Got one to go and it was really good, thanks for packaging the veggies separately from the sandwich. Note: they only have one...type (grilled pork). Lots of people dining on Pho and other good-looking entrees. Will be back!More

Awesome food!! Very authentic!! Love the make it yourself spring roll dish. I usually like the the #10 grill pork sausage spring roll for me and my daughter to share. My son loves the #14, broken rice with marinated grill pork. My husband gets random...things like Banh Xeo, banh kot, pho. He loves them all. I really wish they are able to make some changes to menu for example: order #10 and option of adding just the boiled pork belly from #13 cause that’s the only meat I like from that order. Maybe do something like - do your own spring roll tray order and option of choosing 2-3 different meat you like from all the available choices. And just add on prices for those options? That way I just get the meat I like and not waste good. Service is not bad. They are moving fast. Good for this type of restaurant. Seems like they are in process of remodeling. Can’t wait to see the new look. They needed one bad. It’s looking nice already with quartz table top. There’s definitely nothing like this around this area. Very unique and good. Glad we have one here in Brooklyn Park area!More

My wife/son visited Vietnam and returned wanting to find authentic Veitnames food. We tried a number of places finally landing at Mt. Noodles and glad we did. If you are not used to Veitnames food and afraid to go, let me ask you something simple...do...you like marinated and grilled meat? Rice? Fresh veggies? Then you will love this place. Also the staff is very nice, asking if we knew how to eat the food, and offering to show us, but thankfully my family knew it all. My personal favorite is a marinated pork dish on smashed rice...I could eat plates of this it is so good. It appears to be family run and not fancy, however it also is not expensive, in fact I would call it the best value in restaurants in the NW metro. In summary, simple, flavorful food (not spicy unless you want it that way, very Minnesota friendly), not expensive, and nice people to help. Go tonight, you won't regret it. If you think I am going easy on them, read the rest of my Trip Advisor reviews, if I don't like something I say it!More

This place Is definitely worth trying if you are into Vietnamese food. You can tell that the food is authentic by seeing how many Asians eat there as well as how busy it is. As others have pointed out, the egg rolls themselves are worth...a trip there! Food portions are big and nobody will go away hungry.More

I have eaten Pho in most cities and MT Noodles came as a recommended stop to eat. I eat here once a week and the food is FANTASTIC!!! Everything is prepared very well. The taste is out of this world. This is the place for...Pho. Their spring rolls are fabulous too. The Staff is very friendly. Be aware of their hours as they are closed on Wednesday during the week.More
