The pho was very tasty and the oyster wing was great! The location was closed to the city. Great service! The waiter was nice

Man I love me some Viet food. Tired of the tried and true spots, I ventured out to Brooklyn Park to see Vietnam House. The place is... quaint. A no frills spot easily missed amid a cluster of strip mall shops. Folks are friendly, and the place was full even at 3:00 on a weekday. I was here for the veggie food, and if you are thinking about stopping by as a vegetarian, just know that the options are limited to maybe five options split between tofu and mock duck. That said, the mock duck is SO FREAKIN GOOD WOW. I had the noodle bowl with mock duck and I didn’t want it to end. Amazing. Super pumped about a bomb Vietnamese place not far from home.

The restaurant was hard to find even using google maps. A small spot in a strip mall I drove past twice. I am glad I found it. The egg rolls were very good. We had Hot and spicy chicken and beef and potatoes. Both dishes were very good. The prices were very reasonable. There was a steady stream of customers so you may have to wait. The staff was very fgriendly and gave great service.

My daughter and I stopped here on 10/13/17 for lunch, we ordered egg rolls which were delicious. We both had Pho, I had the Ph1 and she had Ph4, the broth was really flavorful and wonderful, plenty of meat and a good amount of fixins. I will be back!

I keep hearing that the Vietnam House isn't the "best" pho place in town, but I think it's terrific. I keep going back, this time for the beef and meatball pho. Great, fresh, hot lots of flavors. It makes my body happy.

Smaller and tighter seating. Basically back to back seating, which is a little weird because it felt like the person behind was speaking directly into my ears. Floor is very dirty. Overall look is a little outdated. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great place for Pho! Broth is not too sweet and not too salty. For sure one of the better place for Pho in the Twin Cities.

Found this place by accident, glad I went in. If you have ever been to SE Asia and then came back looking for a place to match the eating experience, you know how difficult it can be to find the proper atmosphere and menu. This establishment delvers on all fronts. Lively atmosphere, comfortable seating options, friendly staff that makes you feel relaxed and not rushed. Menu with all the right entree choices as well as the classic Pho options. Bubble drinks & Vietnamese Coffee. If you are not familiar with Vietnamese eats, Stir fry and other more familiar options are available and done with expertise.

The host/waiter was friendly. The special house fried rice was really good. Pho at the Vietnamese restaraunt across the street tastes better.

Well if you're in the Brooklyn Park area and craving Pho this is really your only viable choice. It's like iPho or Pho Tau Bay in the suburbs! I was glad to find this place, and they even have Bun Bo Hue! The wait staff is very quick and efficient, though at times a little unfriendly. But you're there for one thing...Pho!!! I'd say to myself, get over it and dig in. The prices are reasonable, the food is great, and there's parking. Remember you're in Brooklyn Park, FAR from Frogtown or Eat Street. Nuff said.

You don't go here for the ambience or cleanliness of the bathroom. Excellent pho, cheap tasty sandwiches and $6.50 lunch specials keep this place busy.

The pho is very tasty and you can choose from three sizes. The fried rice and spring rolls are also very good. The food is inexpensive and the service is very good. I love the Vietnamese coffee.

Love the Pho and Bun Bo Hue. In my opinion, the best in the Mpls - St Paul area. My job used to take me all over the twin cities (now retired) and I was able to eat wherever I chose. Vietnamese soups are my lunchtime favorite and we are fortunate to have an abundance of choices covering the entire Metro area. I've made all the stops along University Ave in St Paul. I'm from Brooklyn Park so we have ample choices close to home. This is my favorite soup, hands down. We have been regulars since they opened and they have changed owners since that time but the recipes have remained consistent. They have tweaked the Pho a bit from the original, and my wife prefers the newer version... I still vote this as the best in the Twin Cities! Every item we have tried has been delicious! I give them four stars as the ambiance is fairly mundane, nothing to brag about, not a destination unless a bowl of reasonably priced goodness is at the top of your agenda!

They customer services is wonderful!!! I always want chicken stir-fried with onions and pepper, with less sauce. I don't like my food with lots of sauce so they always know exactly what to do. This Restraunt is a little small but the food is wonderful. Try their appetizers and their stir-fried is the best!!!!!
