Quaint, little Italian restaurant! Food & sangrias were superb. Service was outstanding! It is small & they do not take reservations, but worth the wait!

Pretty good random place to go eat at. I enjoyed the limited menu. made choosing an entree pretty easy... bread and oil are super awesome. Entree's I would say are on the expensive side for what you get. all in all I would go back....No issue, fun funky placeMore
Stopped here for dinner on a work trip. Atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The bread is phenomenal! My entree was ok, but my coworkers enjoyed their picks. Would come back just for the bread.
After seeing good reviews, we decided to try it for dinner. It's such a cute place and the food was very good. The menu is some what small but you get bread and a salad with your meal. We were a group of 4 and...everyone really liked what they had. The bread is soooo good!! We would definitely eat here again.More
Great service, great bread, very decent food. Small but adequate menu, with an affordable house wine. We were in Bloomington for a flight the next day, and Luna di Luna found a table for us on short notice. Thank you.
I drove by the place many times and wondered what it was like. Finally stopped with my wife for lunch. Enjoyed the meal. It was a while ago so I can't give many specific expcept that I would go back again.
We stopped for lunch today. The building was a remodeled Taco Bell and while cute didn’t have a lot of curb appeal. So glad we went inside. It felt like a small cafe in Italy. Our waitress was so friendly, the food was fresh and...delicious. Really enjoyed their Sangria. Great place for a date or meal with the family.More
My fiancée and I visited this restaurant while in Minneapolis and we very much enjoyed the experience. Small location, limited seating. Unique décor. It was quite and felt cozy. The menu only had about 10 entrees to pick from. We very much enjoyed the meal....The shrimp in my dish was a bit overcooked but overall was a good dish. We also enjoyed the bread, dipping oil and salads. Meals were reasonably priced, but drinks were expensive in my opinion. We had pop and chose not to have alcohol. Pop was charged $4 per 12 oz can.More
We stayed in Bloomington for 2 nights and my husband wanted Italian so we found this little gem on Google, and we are happy we did! Due to COVID-19, they had a small menu offering, however I am happy they did because it allowed us...to try some special dishes! I had the spicy italian sausage in spaghetti with spicy tomato sauce which was divine! At first I said there was no way I could eat all of it, but I ended up finishing my whole plate! So did my husband and son! The homemade bread is seriously the best I have ever had! I never eat bread at restaurants, but I ended up eating way too much of it and more the next day! The homemade cheesecake is the best I have ever had. Owner and server were awesome! Adorable atmosphere too!More
I love the atmosphere, service, and food at Luna di Luna. But I was concerned how well take-out would work. Timing and presentation play a part in the experience. We finally tried take-out and it was just excellent. They keep the cold and hot stuff...separate and everything is well thought-out and organized at pick-up. I brought coolers to keep the hot stuff hot and cold stuff cold, which worked out well so we could have the bread/salad first and still serve the main dishes hot when we were ready. Highly recommended. I'm not sure what the poor reviewers are referring to. In multiple visits they have always been excellent to us. I don't like all kinds of food so it would make sense that not everyone likes this food either. We think it's just great.More
Alex and Sanaa continue to amaze diners with their food artistry. From crisp salad on chilled plates to delicious warm bread with seasoned oil, you are tempted from the moment you are seated. The menu doesn’t have a bad choice. Pick something, anything - you...will love it!! The portions are so large that you’ll probably have leftovers to take home! Dessert? If you have room, you’ll love that too. They truly are food magicians. It’s a small place so reservations are recommended. They’re closed on Sunday.More
There is nothing on this menu that is authentic and in the 4x I have visited my food was overcooked, shrimp overcooked is awful, entrees overpriced, bottles of wine overpriced...the only authentic offering is the dipping oil.
Worst pasta I have ever eaten. Nothing like Sicilian food. American all the way. Not worth the price.
We visited this restaurant on a visit to the Minneapolis after viewing the reviews on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. The service was prompt and courteous. Of note was that they offered to make substitutions to...accommodate the allergies of a member of our party.More
